The room is big, comfortable double bed, the hotel is located at the center.

I am expect that the wi fi service will be free this is basic at the 21 century. Next time I will chose hotel with free wifi. When you are order through books. Com besure which room you getting if there is two option the hotel will give you the poor one.

All the staff from the hotel was very friendly and bedrooms (specially the bed, pillows and comforter) very comfortable! Also the room had enough space for you to walk around the bed and put your bags.

The only problem with the service was in the restaurant (during breakfast - only time we used it). Waiters were very lazy (still friendly). Just to give an ideaI had to ask for the pancakes 3 times so I could get them...

Good location near the Central station, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room.

Breakfast could be more various.

I liked that staff always greeted upon entering or leaving the hotel. Room was good size.

Location was great. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet but in a great location.

the cost was a bit high and the cost of breakfast was exhorbitant

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, it was meticulously clean, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and it's location was in our opinion superb, close to central station and dam square etc.. The Crown Plaza made our weekend special and we will definately be back!!!!

We had some issues with our booking but were sorted by the reception staff quickly and pleasantly. Room was big enough, Very modern, clean and bed was very comfortable. We didnt eat in the restaurant but looked lovely, Facilities are better for a business trip with conference rooms etc.

Restaurant was expensive Would have liked a swimming pool but dont think there is space on site. Only negative is I think they should offer wifi for free due to the amount you are paying for the room.

The facilities were very good. The room was well appointed. No noise from the street. Staff were very friendly, particularly in the restaurant at breakfast time. Well located, within easy walking distance to lots of the main attractions.

The location of the Hotel is fantastic it is really 2 minutes from the station and minutes from Dam Square. It is modern, clean and the staff are friendly it said check in was 3pmI checked in at 11.30am by a very friendly receptionist. Room was very nice good size and bed was very very comfortable. Tv had English channels there was a port for usb charging for iPhone/iPad etc.

The access to wi-fi is extortionate at 20 euros for 24 hour access in this day and age a shame given how good the hotel was. The iron in the room was rubbish
