good location and friendly staff There was a big party at the hotel while we were there. No notice was given to the other guests at the hotel, even though it took place in the main lobby. Hence it was impossible to enjoy the lobby's nice sitting area, and if we wanted to go outside, we had to walk through a big crowd of fancy dressed people who were drinking champagne, which felt quite awkward, and not very welcoming. Better information, and an appology to the rest of the guests for the inconvenience are all there needed. |

The room was very nice - plenty of space with a desk, nice wardrobe, coffee and tea making facilities and 2 sinks in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, both hot and cold items. We had a nice view of the river as we ate. |

Close to the city centre of Maastricht, but quiet place of the other side of the river. The hotel room was not so big. Having baby bed, there was no place to open suit case. ;-( |

The location is very convenient. The staff, except reception, showed no service behaviour. On the contrary, they made us feel as if we were not welcome to the hotel. They double checked us all the time everywhere in the hotel and the cleaning staff refused to postpone the room cleaning 15 minutes even when we asked them to do so, |

The room was very nice, new, clean and quiet! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom much larger than in many European hotels. The terrace cafe overlooking the River Maas is a nice touch. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. |
