Location is a walking distance from the shopping area, on the river and near a supermarket

The room price is too much for the level of furniture. The internet cost is high and should come with the room price that is expensive already.

Wi-Fi and Parking are too expensive.

Good location, clean rooms.

Very poor water pressure, showers are therefore an absolute downside to this hotel. Moreover, no constant warm water!

Nice hotel in a good location with very nice views. Hotel is a bit loud. Breakfast was great!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for walking to the city center. Room were very clean and practical and well appointed. However, with an additional bed in our room for our child, the was little space left.

The fact that it was right in the center of the city and it was clean and spacious. Valet parking was nice touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definately use the hotel again. Exellent!!

Meals very expensive. Suggest room type be explained more clearly. Minimal information about services within the hotel and relevant costs. Suggest improved information about "what to do in Maastritch and nearby centres including relevant transport information eg trains, buses etc.

The view of the waterfront is amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is suitable as I was in a conference at Maastricht University and I enjoyed the walk to the campus. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are helpful.

The location is nice and central, but at the same time a little removed from the main traffic areas, so it was nice and quiet at night. The bed was fantastic and even the pillows were very comfortable. By far the most outstanding feature of the hotel!

The bath was filthy. I know it can be difficult to keep the non-slip surface clean, but this was disgusting. The other thing that was shocking was that in this day and age any hotel can justify billing guests for Internet access at 7.95 per hour or 17 EUR for 24 hours. There is simply no way to justify this kind of blatant extortion. Finally, when checking in we were asked if we had a car. We said yes and were simply given a ticket. It was only when checking out it was revealed that the parking is charged at 22 EUR per day. Not then end of the world, but nice to know up front.

We find that the restaurant selection of food very bad, not much on the menue that we would eat, our diet consist mainly of vish or vegetarian the cheff had food I would not give to my dog I refered it as animal avale

It's within easy walking distance from the train station in one direction and the main town square in the other. It was very pleasant and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and was on two levels, the bottom level was like a sitting room with the bedroom upstairs.

I liked it all.

We decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary by attending an 'Andre Rieu'concert in Maastricht. We found that the Crowne Plaza was perfectly suited to this occasion giving us every comfort in a very relaxing atmosphere.The variety of food at breakfast was amazing.We enjoyed the pre-concert buffet meal and found all the staff friendly and helpful.All in all It was well worth travelling 12 thousand miles from New Zealand for such a special combination of hotel and concert celebration. Thank you
