All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.50 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel is easily accessible and has its own underground car park (payment required), so that you can reach your place of destination quickly and easily.

Crowne Plaza Maastricht has 141 luxuriously furnished hotel rooms, including 30 Executive rooms. In addition, the hotel has 9 luxurious rooms for gatherings of up to 400 people.
Dinners can be hosted for up to 700 people and celebration evenings for as many as 1500 people. Also for these occasions, service is of primary importance and the staff are happy to go that step further when advising their guests.

In my opinion there is no way that this hotel can be described as 5 stars. It is a good 4 star hotel. Our room was cold and the heating didn't work properly. However, it was eventually fixed when we complained about it. The room was rather small and the bathroom too. The bathroom itself was old fashioned, fixtures and fittings were hanging off the wall. The big Queen size bed, the location, the weather, the breakfast, the tables outside.

The building works currently going on - banging woke us up at 0745!!

All the F&B personnel were very friendly and attentive.

One elevator makes a lot of noise. If your room is next to it (like in our case), it is annoying. We did not report this to the front desk.

The Hotel is well situated in Maastricht.

It was going through some building work when I stayed there, it would have been nice to be informed prior to making the booking.

good location, nice breakfast, received another room after my complaint about the smell of smoke

room smelt from stale smoke even it was a non smoker room. Elevator is extremely loud and I could hear it, even my room was about 3 rooms away from it.
