Crowne Plaza Maastricht  

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for walking to the city center. Room were very clean and practical and well appointed. However, with an additional bed in our room for our child, the was little space left.

Nice hotel in a good location with very nice views. Hotel is a bit loud. Breakfast was great!

Really nice comfort rooms.Good view to the river and lovely service.People warm and welcoming on the desk and in the restaurants. Best food in town. Loved liq. Jagermeister served in the bar. Would always go back there when holidaying in Maastricht.

Very rude desk officer in reception, bad bed and pillows, old equipment in bathroom. I was fully dissapointed

The fact that it was right in the center of the city and it was clean and spacious. Valet parking was nice touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definately use the hotel again. Exellent!!

Meals very expensive. Suggest room type be explained more clearly. Minimal information about services within the hotel and relevant costs. Suggest improved information about "what to do in Maastritch and nearby centres including relevant transport information eg trains, buses etc.

Great location! It was an easy walk over the bridge for sightseeing. There is also a grocery store very close to the hotel which was very convenient for us.

The porn channels were not blocked, so if you're bringing children be aware!

The location is great, the staff super helpful. The rooms are very nice but the bathrooms are a bit old and so is the business center, totally needs an upgrade. Breakfast is fine but the dining room with a terrace overlooking the Maas river is amazing, great design.

It's a proper hotel, with good service.

Sometimes it was hard to ask a brief question at the desk, because there was a line and no one else available.

The location is nice and central, but at the same time a little removed from the main traffic areas, so it was nice and quiet at night. The bed was fantastic and even the pillows were very comfortable. By far the most outstanding feature of the hotel!

The bath was filthy. I know it can be difficult to keep the non-slip surface clean, but this was disgusting. The other thing that was shocking was that in this day and age any hotel can justify billing guests for Internet access at 7.95 per hour or 17 EUR for 24 hours. There is simply no way to justify this kind of blatant extortion. Finally, when checking in we were asked if we had a car. We said yes and were simply given a ticket. It was only when checking out it was revealed that the parking is charged at 22 EUR per day. Not then end of the world, but nice to know up front.

Bedroom in mezzanine not desirable for 71 old persons; no brushes in toiletrooms no elevator from hotel to garage

The location is really great and the restaurant has a beautiful terrace in front of the river. The parking is very clean, light and conveniently located.

The room was too warm and the TV old fashion. The parking is fine but too expensive.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was lovely and the location was excellent. Would definitely visit again.... :-)
