En general todo bien:El hotel está en una zona bonita y tranquila, junto al centro de la ciudad. Habitación agradable, bien ubicada, pero con el inconveniente que comento a contiuación: En la habitación se notaba mucho el ruido de las máquinas de los ascensores. En cuanto al restaurante, servicio muy lento. |

The location is very convenient. The staff, except reception, showed no service behaviour. On the contrary, they made us feel as if we were not welcome to the hotel. They double checked us all the time everywhere in the hotel and the cleaning staff refused to postpone the room cleaning 15 minutes even when we asked them to do so, |

The room was very nice, new, clean and quiet! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom much larger than in many European hotels. The terrace cafe overlooking the River Maas is a nice touch. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. |

We had a lovely view of the Maas River, the bridges, the skyline of St. Servaas Basilica and the Red tower of St. Janskerk on the west side of the River. The hotel is conviently located to the pedestrian bridge, this hotel is a wonderful base for exploring the entire City. The Hotel parking was expensive. |

Rooms...the beds really comfortable...beautiful breakfast lounge and very good breakfast exactly how it should be. Staff at reception were very kind, smiling and friendly and looked good in their uniforms! |

The location There is no lift from the parking to the hotel entrance, so you have to climb up the stairs with all your luggages.In addition they charge a prety exensive parking fee (is not included in the hotel fee). Nothing impresed me from this hotel apart from its high price. |

The fact that the hotel is close to the centre of the city only one bridge to cross. Is perfect the situation of the hotel ( near the river ) is perfect too, In general I dont like that the hotel let you pay for a wireless internet connection. Today this has to be including the roomprice. |

The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and I liked sitting out on the terrace in the evenings watching the sun go down over the old town. The gourmet dinner we had on our last evening in the hotel restaurant did not live up to expectations. At the price, we had expected much more flair from the kitchen. |

The location of the hotel was great. But my main reason of choosing it was not its location but rather being allowed to bring in my dog. I stayed at a two-storey executive suit, which was superb. The waiting line in front of the reception was too long both during check in and check out. |

Location. Hotel is very near the center/shopping district of Maastricht. Price is very high, and rooms/hotel is partly old and noisy. After complaining about noise at night (airco or something on the roof), they did nothing about it. |

Helpful staff. Good restaurant. Good location. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. In my opinion there is no way that this hotel can be described as 5 stars. It is a good 4 star hotel. Our room was cold and the heating didn't work properly. However, it was eventually fixed when we complained about it. The room was rather small and the bathroom too.
