Helpful staff. Good restaurant. Good location. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. In my opinion there is no way that this hotel can be described as 5 stars. It is a good 4 star hotel. Our room was cold and the heating didn't work properly. However, it was eventually fixed when we complained about it. The room was rather small and the bathroom too. All the F&B personnel were very friendly and attentive. One elevator makes a lot of noise. If your room is next to it (like in our case), it is annoying. We did not report this to the front desk. |

The Hotel is well situated in Maastricht. It was going through some building work when I stayed there, it would have been nice to be informed prior to making the booking. |
