facilities are there and as A platinum memeber you are usually allowed to use them rules have changed for platinum memebers and they have removed access to club lounge, free breakfast, free drink

I like the cleaness, the quick response by the room service staff. The clean bed sheet, the bathroom liquid soap. The Room I stayed room 115 was very Roomy with adequate furniture. The Television program was very restrictive to an English speaking guest like me. I got only BBC that showed only documentary. No CNN the world news leader and Aljazera. I was bored and lonely. Thank you sir.

we hebben het heel leuk gehad we konden gratis parkeren.het hotel zag er mooi netjes en schoon uit.personelen waren ook heel erg vriendelijk.zou best wel een keer weer naar toe gaan. het werd ons niet verteld dat de ontbijt tot 11:30 uur was.dus we waren daar later en we kregen geen ontbijt meer dat vond ik wel tegen vallen.

La piscine et le jacuzzi , le restaurant n'as pas un énorme choix mais c'est bon ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans les autres hotels de la régions . Aucune chaine francophones disponible sur la télé malgrer de nombreuses demandes de ma part en ce sens ils n"ont jamais daigner ajouter une chaine francophone . Alors maintenant quand je vais la c'est maximum 24h quand je dois rester sur Schiphol plusieurs jours je vais dans une hotel ou je peux me relaxer devant une chaine francophone le soir après le boulot. Tv5 serait le minimum !!!

Ruimte op de kamer, bureau, uitzicht mooi met veel grote ramen, zeer goed bed Prijs/kwaliteit, toegang tot internet, voor alles moet je betalen, gratis shuttle is enkel van airport naar hotel en niet terug...kost 7,50€, klassieke badkamer, douche in bad met moeilijke kraan, lawaaierige verluchting-airco-verwarming, koud op kamer bij aankomst

1) Mäuse (!) im Restaurant. 2) Obwohl Übernachtung ohne Frühstück gebucht war, wurde der Frühstückspreis auf die Rechnung gesetzt. Kein Einzelfall - ist ebenfalls bei Kollegen passiert.

Convenient location near to airport. Nice rooms - very comfortable. Too expensive!!! Nickel and dime treatment on top of already paying top dollar for the room. The shuttle to the hotel was free, but the shuttle back to the airport cost extra. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also very overpriced.

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers excellent facilities for those who are in town on business. The shuttle service is very convenient for the traveler, is free on arrival, but has a cost in return. I recommend to those who seek the convenience of locating near the airport or go for business in the surrouning area. The transfer back to the airport should be free for check out guests.
