I was allowed to check in for my early arrival (after flying for 9 hours). The front desk clerk was very helpful in providing directions to the train station. The service at the hotel resturant was very slow. I sat at my table for 20 minutes before being acknowledged and a menu provided.

The bed was super soft and the pillows all to fat. There should be choices of fat or skinny pillows for people with different body sizes and needs. A mattress at a fancy hotel like this shouldn't sag to the middle when two people sleep on it.

Conveniently located not too far from Schiphol with bus transfer. We were only staying overnight to catch an early flight next morning. Transfer free from Schiphol to hotel but for reverse a fee has to be paid

Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. Service also at the bar was nice. Shuttle from the airport is free, but shuttle from the hotel to the airport is not.

Stayed at this hotel before and again everything is fine. This hotel is situated as clearly stated in Hoofddorp a short bus trip from Schiphol. (No problem, the busses are coming and leaving about according to the table shown.) Meaning it is a short train trip or if you rather prefer a short taxi trip to Amsterdam center. Nice hotel, courteous staff, nice rooms etc. Yes the bus drive to go her is free but yes you will be charged going back. I'm pretty sure the hotel will survive fine without this charge so do something about it! (This issue actually prevent a higher score!)

Bed very comfortable, tea and coffee vacilities helpful for travellers. Close to the airport with shuttle bus. Wi-Fi charges expensive, something you would expect to be free considering the cost of the room. Meals very expensive.

Pas loin d'ansterdam. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est complet.Connexion gratuite 24h sur internet. Le parking est cher ainsi que le restaurant. Personne ne parle français et rien n'est écrit en français ( pas facile pour commander au resto), aucune chaîne TV en français. Dommage qu'on ne nous mette aucun dépliant touristique a disponibilité.

ruime familiekamers, comfort, wij zijn een gezin met 4 kinderen en hadden 2 kamers met verbindingsdeur wat erg prettig was. De bar was op zaterdagavond al om elf uur dicht. Dit werd wel goedgemaakt door een drankje van het huis aan te bieden in de lobby!
