The overall cleanliness of the hotel. Close to the train/tram/metro station.

The bed is very comfortable, it was pretty clean, the staff was friendly.

The suoermarket nearby was closed in weekend.

The names of the person who made reservation and that of the guest were mixed up. (In the booking confirmation the guest name is clearly mentioned) The invoice was also made to the person who made the reservation, not to the guest and this could not be corrected. The reservation department is apparently not used to the booking made via Booking.com.

To little snack in the lounge. I like som small food, not just potato chips.

Great hotel, big quiet rooms and beautiful design interior. In the old town you would have to pay triple to get the same quality. Amsterdam Zuid station is 2 min walkibg distance. From there you get very frequent tram, metro or train connections to all parts of Amsterdam. 15 min to old town by tram. Buy day pass for 7.50 snd you can use any means of transport and enjoy both the old town and this great and superclean hotel.

Little bit out of town

The staff is nice, and the hotel is very close to all kinds of public transport

The first morning there was no hot water, had to take a cold shower and I really hate that. It's almost impossible to call with a mobile phone there and parking is 48 euro per day

The food counter for breakfast was not refilled and the servers seemed not bothered about customers seated for breakfast.

The hotel is at 3-5 minutes walk from Metro Station(Station Zuid) and Train Station(Amsterdam zuid), so you will get very fast to the Airport(10 min) and to the city center(20 min) The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel is placed in a business zone, so it is very quiet and spacious . You have lots of places to have breakfast at the metro station, don't buy the hotel one that it is very expensive(23 euro/person). Also, at the hotel you have free coffe/tea maker in the room. Normally you have to pay the Wi-fi(10euro/day), but if you have a priority club card or sign up for one, you will get it for free. And it works really fast.

Junior suites are very spacious. The business lounge offers free drinks (softdrink, beer and wine) and free snacks. The rooms are finished with very high quality materials. Close to Amsterdam Rai

Staff is friendly but there is a very strict atmosphere about everything, e.g. early check of the mini bar etc.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel. Just one stop from the airport. Minutes away and trains are very frequent.

Don't order food that's available 24-hour. It seemed microwaved when it arrived and the apple pie dessert was frozen inside! Can be a little difficult to get to once the public transport has stopped running for the night. Unless you get a taxi, of course.

Excellent service, the hotel staff were customer friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed with the facilities and its overall upkeep. Special recognition to Rachel who works the front desk for superior customer service.

The location was a little far from the city center.

Everything just perfect! Very beautiful interior of the rooms. Fantastic bathroom with a tub, several mirrors and other facilities. Big bed with a lot of cusions. Good value for money. Location is not in the centre, but one can easily get there-around 10 min.

staff and facilities are excellent. breakfast is satisfactory. location is far from center but tram and train networks are close to hotel and connects the crnter within 10-15 mins.

The staff was amazing, very professional and always with a smile. It was our first honeymoon night there so they upgraded our room for free and we found a Congratulations message on a card along with a great bar of chocolate in the room. We couldn't ask for more.

Crown Plaza Amsterdam South is just an excellent and comfortable business hotel! Quality wise, much more than most other Crown Plaza Hotel anywhere else. For sure I will be back!
