Location was excellent , centre of town everything at your doorstep , breakfast included and excellent , car parking was only € 12.50 per day , and overall very friendly staff very clean and top location

Had to pay extra € 30 for 2 nights to up grade to newly refurbished room , bit cheeky but when you compare the 2 rooms well worth it

Located close to the train station, but not right at the station, which makes the stay more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, nice design, sufficient space. Bathroom is also clean, soap and shampoo from Rituals was a nice little bonus. An ATM, a supermarket and a street with places to eat are few steps away. I would stay in this hotel once again and would recommend it to friends.

Internet connection although wireless and free of charge was not very good on the third floor, the signal was very week.

There was smell of cigar smoke in the room. Looked disgusting. Especially when you had advertised as a five star hotel in Booking.com. I will never stay her again

Excellent city centre location, friendly, welcoming staff, nice big clean rooms with a very comfy bed, excellent variety of food for breakfast. I have stayed here many times before and will continue to do so when I visit Eindhoven.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Site location was excellant.

- My window couldn't be opened (7th floor) so for air I had to have the fan on (which makes the usual humming noise) - The walls are very thin

plooifiets mocht niet mee in de kamer, maar werd wel veilig gestald in de kelder. Aanschuiven aan het enige koffie/theemachine bij het ontbijt

Charged more than it should be for a "second" time !!!

I loved the comfortable bed and cleanliness! I also loved the cheerful voice of my wake-up calls! Also everyone was super friendly! The breakfast buffet was totally awesome with excellent quality! I was happy that it was included in the price of my room!

I loved everything about the Hampshire except that I would add washcloths in the bathroom!

Very handy for station, taxis and all central city facilities. Across street from restaurants and bars with supermarket on the corner. Great breakfast with all the usual Dutch treats.

Not friendly personel, air conditioning was not working well, no wifi in the rooms.

The location is excellent, right in the very center, with the shopping galleries 1-2 min walk and the train station 5 min. Taxi to the airport 15 min. The staff is the most friendly and professional I have come across in a long time! Absolute super!! They make up for whatever you might miss in terms of facilities.

The gym is old and could do with a re-vamp. The space is good but the equipment outdated. WIFI in the lounge/ restaurant is superb and it would be nice to have the same in the room. To have high speed internet you need to sit at the desk and I prefer to sit in my bed as well, not always at the desk.
