The very friendly welcome and that the internet booking worked well. The breakfast was very good and lasted a good length of time so that we did not miss it after a very late night! The bed was just a bit too soft and being short the breakfast counter was a bit high for me!!!! |

The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The location was superb, the center of city. Breakfast was the best, many options and always greeted with a smile. I had stayed at the Eden before and will always consider you folks as my first choice when staying in Eindhoven. |

Room temperatures excellent, Hot water excellent, Beds excellent, Access excellent. Comfort excellent, Location excellent. Iron and ironing board in room. Tv in room. Hard to find even when standing in front of it. The hotel the sign is visible from the side only and only a old deteriorating window pane states it is a hotel. The door view is that of the restaurant. (Eindhoven does not use steet signs, they use business 'pointers' on corners. |

the staff were very nice the room was not the best that i stayed in eindhoven, the windows dont open which i do not like and the duvet was pretty small which was annoying |

The location of the hotel is great, very central, and gives good access to all the cities attractions. (Including the train station which means travel to other places is very easy.) |

All the staff were very friendly , it was easy to check in and out, good variety of food for breakfast and very comfortable rooms. I will go back to this hotel on future visits to Eindhoven. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. |

Very friendly staff. The Hotel is directly located in the center of Eindhoven. Clean and comfortable rooms. There have been only a small and one big towel in the bathroom. Not a lot if you book for 2 people. |

Breakfast was very good. lots of variety. No free internet is ridiculous in this day and age. Morning staff is very friendly and night staff did not cooperate at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Convenience of location. The hotel was situated near to restaurants, pubs, shopping and the bus/train station. Also, the Philipstadion - the main reason for my visit was nearby. The room was sometimes uncomfortably warm despite my turning the air conditioning down. Also, the toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel) were disappointing. Perhaps, in future you could provide miniature bottles for sharing guests? Fortunately in this instance, I had brought my own. |

The room was very spacious and had all facilities which would be handy for a longer stay, like an iron board. The breakfast and selection of food was very good. The room was rather hot. Heathing and ventilation hard to control. |
