Great location. Between railway station and town centre - 5 minute walk to each. Nice breakfast, comfortable room. No, it was as expected. |

We informed the staff there was a car on their parking with the lights still on. They did not bother checking if it might be a car owned by one of their guests. When entering our room the first thing we noticed were the empty bottles on the desk, which is not normal. After calling, the staff removed the botles and appologized. The toilets have seats with no lid! We do not understand why this hotel has 4stars. |

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, directly in the center, and a few minutes walk from the main train station. Room was a bit small and not as luxury (a bit outdated) as I would expect from a 4 star hotel. |

Fantastic location being close to the Bus/Train Station, and a great buffet breakfast Tea/Coffee making facilties in the rooms would be a nice addition. Nasty Toilet Roll! |

Well situated in the middle of Eindhoven and still also close to Eindhoven airport. Good for shopping and exploring the city. I booked a standard room, which was indeed very standard. Nothing special and quite boring furniture. The bed was good. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special (the bread was very fresh though). Call the hotel in advance to get the directions to the privat parking. |

Very comfortable all round. The car park was not clearly sign posted but speaking to the hotel this was because of local council rather than hotel. |

For €60/night including breakfast this was good value for money. The room was well sized with a large 'double' bed. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots to choose from. The hotel is very well situated! Just a few minutes walk from the station and around the corner from the main square. Lively area with lots of eating and shopping places right there! |

Staff always avaliable, clean and tidy, would come again. We were not given a double bed in our room, we then had to change rooms, but were downgraded to another room that was a lot smaller then our original room, i was not pleased about this. |

Easy check in and out, friendly staff, nice rooms, great variety for breakfast and the city centre location. I have stayed here before and will stay here again when I'm in Eindhoven. There is no tea making facilities |

I liked everything apart from the lack of Tea/Coffee Tray in the room i did not like the fact that the power went out to the room whilst my partner and I were watching TV and the night staff were unable to restore the power. It was on when i woke up, but i had to move around the room with no light and could have injured myself doing so. The reception staff offered no recompense for this and this has seriously tainted my memory of the stay. |
