Very clean, good service. On my request, I got a water cattle for boiling water with teabags. Excellent location, walking distance to both train station and city centre. There was some renovation, therefore, some noice during the daytime, but it was not too loud. |

Very overpriced, no facilities what so ever not even a kettle in the room, how it is a 4 star is beyond me. I have stayed in 2 stars with more facilities. I went to a friends hotel around the corner it was €45 more and had bars, cafe's, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, the works. This hotel had nothing but a little but nice cafe. That it, nothing else. Nothing in the room except a very expensive mini bar. Not even a glass. |

Great location to Eindhoven bus terminal and food places to eat nearby. Friendly helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable. Nightclub across the road playing loud music until 3am |

Location of this hotel is pretty good its in the center area above some shops and banks. Staff is friendly. Good beds, rooms are fair but a bit small compared with other 4star hotel. There is no free-parking for a 4 star hotel that is something you would expect. There are hotels in Eindhoven center that do have parking facilities for free. No mini-bar in the room. The toilets do not have a lid (strange) |

We informed the staff there was a car on their parking with the lights still on. They did not bother checking if it might be a car owned by one of their guests. When entering our room the first thing we noticed were the empty bottles on the desk, which is not normal. After calling, the staff removed the botles and appologized. The toilets have seats with no lid! We do not understand why this hotel has 4stars. |

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, directly in the center, and a few minutes walk from the main train station. Room was a bit small and not as luxury (a bit outdated) as I would expect from a 4 star hotel. |

Fantastic location being close to the Bus/Train Station, and a great buffet breakfast Tea/Coffee making facilties in the rooms would be a nice addition. Nasty Toilet Roll! |

Well situated in the middle of Eindhoven and still also close to Eindhoven airport. Good for shopping and exploring the city. I booked a standard room, which was indeed very standard. Nothing special and quite boring furniture. The bed was good. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special (the bread was very fresh though). Call the hotel in advance to get the directions to the privat parking. |
