Sadly they were undergoing renovations in the lobby. The building works meant that there was no lobby, the restaurant/bar was moved to the basement and in place of the gym - they invited guests to use another hotel gym which was a taxi ride away. |

Very central hotel Breakfast is expensive. As it is in the heart of Eindhoven city, it is possible to listen to the music from the closest bars. |

very central hotel,great location for everything in the city car parking was hard to find even with sat nav, we later found out the hotel had a deal with Q park 1 block away, at a rate of around 25 euro per night |

the location of the hotel was great within walking distance of the train station. The staff were all very helpful and the room was spot on. |

We didn`t like the fact of no coffee or tea in the room and had to get dressed to get it from the lobby, sometimes there was no coffee in pitchers and most times it was just warm, no diet sugar. We know a four star hotel should have coffee or tea in the room. |

Practically in de city centre, very near the shopping area The available choices at the breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment. I expected a greater variety of choice. Also parking your car is not optimal, but this could be expected because of the location |

Comfortable ,excellent location to downtown and train/bus Open shampoo bottle was left in the bathtub area on a top ledge when we arrived the first nights booking prior to this occasion. An oversight by cleaners. Don't like the shower head location, water gets on the floor and too close to the end of one side of the tub. |

The Hotel was in a great location, everything on your doorstep.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought there could have been more of a variety on the breakfast buffet. I found the bacon eggs etc.was cold on the three days of my stay,On the Sunday morning I was in the breakfast room at 7.30am. Its not that I was late down for breakfast and everything everything had gone cold. The Hotel needs to look check this out. |
