Hotel Crystal  

One of the 4 beds in the bedroom was comfortable. Only one.

Almost everything. The stairs were so narrow that my father and my aunt almost had an accident going up and down. The beds were put all together as one and 3 of them were so loose that I fell on the floor when trying to sit. The tv has no remote control and when we asked in the reception, they said it was in the room. The lamp by the bed doesn´t work. The toilet smells so bad that the door had to stay closed and we had to open it 10 minutes before going in to freshen the air. They charge for use of the safebox and have a huge sign on the wall saying that they are not responsible for anything left outside of the safebox. The only service they offer is someone to fix the beds in the morning. They take your towels and if you need a new one, you have to go down the stairs, and ask for more... That, after a day out walking, is ridiculous. We asked to change to a lower floor on the second day, where they had a triple room available and they said we would have to pay for another reservation!!!! The room remained vacant for the rest of our stay, I took pictures fo the room being cleaned! Internet doesn´t work in the rooms and you have to pay if you want to use the only computer they have in the dining area. It´s not so well located, it´s a bit out of the way. The girl in the reception seems to be in another world and doesn´t know the answer for any questions that you may have. No restaurants or markets around... One good thing? The sheets seemed to be clean. Oh, and they charge a deposit of 10 euros for the use of a cheap hairdryer.

Very nice hotel. A fair price for a single traveler in a single room. Not to far from nowhere, didn't used the public transportation even once (althoght I usually don't when i'm in the dam)

i enjoyed my stay at hotel crystal and would stay again nice and close to all shopping streets.

The gentlemen at the front desk was brilliant, check in time was for 2pm but due to our flight we arrived at te hotel at 9.30 am we were very tired and wanted to freshen up so he Switched our room so we could check in there and then. All of the staff couldn't do enough for you they were very helpful. With it bein very cheap we didn't expect much but our triple room was immaculate with our own bathroom and a tv in the room. All 3 of us were thoroughly pleasenty surprised with the hotel.

The reception was helpful. Hot water at the shower always..

Es un hotel de facil acceso al centro de la ciudad. Desde amsterdam central son 10 min en tranvia, la linea 1 te deja super cerca. El desayuno...bastante pobre, queso, jamon, pavo, tostadas y cafe amargo. La habitacion con baño para tres q cogimos, muy bien, el baño...llevar chanclas para ducharse, no muy limpio, y no hacen las habitaciones el servicio pero vamos, para pasar un finde...recomendable.

La limpieza de los baños, las escaleras, mucho cuidado, son muy empinadas...y escalones muy estrechos!!

Le scale sono vertiginosamente strette e manca l'ascensore se fate serate di baldoria, dove tornate a pezzi non è l'hotel che fa per voi.

No me gustaba los servicos. Muy mal. Las personas atitude eran muy mal.

No mucho la verdad

Hotellet är en katastrof som ni borde plocka bort från ert utbud. Personalen hade ingen service eller engagemang. Rummet var möjligt, sängarna trasiga, färgen på väggarna flagig. Vi fick inte checka in förrän kl 15 fast 14 är utlovat enligt booking.com o handdukarna fick vi inte förrän kl 20 för de låg I tvätten. I denna misär har vi bott med våra två barn på 6 och 10 år. Om inte rummet varit förbetalt hade vi bytt hotell direkt. Frukosten bestod endast av rostbröd o dryck.

Отличное месторасположение отеля!!! Находиться практически в центре города, но на тихой улице. Цена/качество - полностью соответствуют.

Não havia informação no site que o hotel não tinha elevador; colocaram -nos no 3º andar e tivemos que carregar as malas sem ajuda por uma escada precária; 4 camas de solteiro juntadas sem acesso .o hotel mais parece um hostel. Ruim demais
