Only the stuffs are good. Which I like. The location is excellent, just in the middle of the city center.

The toilets are too small for an average height person even to stand. Shower place is not properly equipped. The door lock was broken. The stairs to go up is quite uncomfortable. In this price I may find another much better hotel. Not according to the value for money. I will not recommend this hotel.

Warning. This hotel is not booked by the tourism information centre in Leiden. It has a very poor reputation. I felt very unsafe, and decided to move hotels and stay elsewhere.

The location was good, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Though the room had a shower, the toilet was shared with other guests. My room had a broken window pane. The TV did not work. The bedroom floor and shower were not clean.

The hotel was the most expensive we had encountered so far on our trip (23 days) and the poorest quality by far.

the perfect hotel for our needs, it was right in the centre of leiden. high street shops, coffie shops, restaurants, pubs and the train station where less then a 5 minute walk from the hotel. it was a really lucky find and a great hotel!

Disappointing..

Kind staff and always helpful.

The wifi internet access was and there was no trash bin on the room and neither on the toilet.

Just the position

All furniture looked as taken from a dump, the floor was really dirty, the shower showed 10 years incrustations as it has never been cleaned properly and on the wall behind the bed there was a disgusting greasy spot. No room for legs in the shared toilet, which was not cleaned on the daily basis... Terrible toilet bowl!! Way too expensive for what it offers.

Really just rooms rented out by a nearby bar. No reception, just a bunch of keys, come and go as you please. Large room, basic but clean and comfortable. Town centre location but not noisy at night.

Nothing. It was disgusting.

Everything. I made a serious complaint about the service and facilities. This hotel should not be allowed to operate as a business.

The location is perfect. The building is old but quite ok to stay over couple of nights.

the hall smells a bit funny

The whole place had a very friendly feel, the people that run it are the most friendly we have come across in our holidays across Europe. The rooms are basic but clean. We will definately go back again.

Good and polite staff.

They have just started to be a hotel. The facilities is bad, a bot dirty, and if I compare with there price, it is a bit expensive.

• De nachtlampjes werkten niet; na 2 pogingen kreeg ik er toch ééntje • De tv werkte niet; na meerdere pogingen kreeg ik dan toch een paar uitzendingen • Geen papiermandje • Geen zeep, noch in de toiletten in de douche of lavabo. Ik waste mij dus met….juist water • Geen papieren handoekjes in de toilet • De draad van de tv hing net boven de lavabo, heel handig!!! • Geen ontbijt • Geen faktuur

Locatie

Afgedragen pand, roestige douchecabine, geen handdoeken, pas na navraag, gevaarlijk voor blote voeten vanwege omhoogstekende spijkerkoppen in houten vloer, flatscreen-tv die voornamelijk sneeuw produceerde, ook na klacht; prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding klopt niet.

Ik vond het geen hotel, maar een kamerverhuurbedrijf. Er was geen service, geen dagelijkse schoonmaak en geen schoon linnengoed gedurende 10 dagen verblijf.

Zie boven. Geen toilet op kamer, geen mogelijkheid iets te eten of te drinken. Koelkast deed het niet en de tv ontvangst was miserabel. Meubiliair bij elkaargeraapt, volgens mij op de rommelmarkt.

een grote onverzorgde chaos. bij de vorige eigenaresse was het een 10 nu heel vies, geen handdoeken, goor en kapotte ruit, geen shampoo, etcetc. de groeten, hier komen we nooit weer. het cafe eronder heeft ook alle cachet verloren. er hoort een compleet andere manager komen. succes !

Atención antes y durante la estancia, el servicio mal. No hubo servicio. Puntualidad. Esperamos hasta las 23.30 para entrar.

Rien : très décevant, cet hôtel n'est même pas digne d'une étoile. Sale, inconfortable (pas de drap mais un protège matelas, installation électrique sûrement dangereuse, pas de savon, pas de papier toilette...). Personnel quasi malhonnête. Rapport qualité/prix honteux (74 euros la chambre double).

Un hôtel très étrange. Pas de signe distinctif vraiment visible de la rue, seulement six chambres. Heureusement le réceptionniste n'est jamais trop loin et il est très dévoué. Chambre grande, propre, mais un peu délabrée. Nous y reviendrons, mais avec une corde à linge comme porte serviette. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé: en plein centre, et pas loin de la gare. Mais pour stationner gratuitement, il faut s'éloigner de 500 m.

Non ci sono insegne, lo abbiamo trovato per puro caso e per un momento abbiamo pensato ci stessero fregando. Non esiste personale, la reception è la cassa del pub sottostante e oltre al proprietario, un ragazzo di colore simpatico ma strano, non c'è nessuno che offra servizi o assistenza. Al check-out il pub era giustamente chiuso (di mattina) e abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi della stanza a dei sospettosi vicini di negozio, salvo poi trovare il proprietario nella strada per la stazione che girava per fatti suoi. La stanza aveva tende rotte, l'armadio scassato, mansarde-magazzini con oggetti in disuso depositati all'interno e nel complesso la struttura sembrava cadere a pezzi. Un solo asciugamano grande e uno piccolo a disposizione nonostante fossimo in due, sapone o docciaschiuma inesistenti e bagno in comune nonostante non ci fosse scritto. Deludente. Per il resto tutto ok.
