the hotel was located at a very convient location. As a muslim, we have good choices of food. The hotel was located alongside with souvenir shops and shopping place. Close to train stations. Breakfast was ok. When we reached, we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes due to their system issue. The treatment was not consistent as 1 group was offered drinks while waiting while the rest was not. |

Location, open 24h... The staff could be a bit more helpful and be a bit better informed about activities and sightseeing tours for tourists... |

Central location. If you like small rooms, old dirty furniture, small tv, a window that all you can see through is a wall then this is the hotel for you. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. |

I liked the accessibility to the city. It was on one of the main roads coming out of Amsterdam Central Station. Very convenient for walking with luggage and getting to the shopping/tours. The entire building was non-smoking. Every time you depart from the hotel you are required to leave your key at the front desk. The hotel room was very small so while the accommodations worked for 2 nights, I would not recommend for stays extended passed that. The bed was sunken in and the pillow appeared to be quite old and was lumpy. |

In the centre of the city, 2 minutes from central station. People screaming and running up and down the stairs during the night, hard to sleep |

Location is very central. The room though small had all furnishings and and facilities necessary -TV with 32 channels, a comfortable bed, a fan for hot nights and a very good bath room. Breakfast cutlery and crockery was the same used for the "steak house " meals at night. A bit greasy and some difficulty in using a steak knife to butter toast. |

The location of the hotel is just perfect (Across Beurs van Berlage, in proximity to Central Station, Redlight District and Dam Square). The hotel has an elevator and an electronic locker in rooms. Sometimes the reception desk is empty and it's annoying not to know when the receptionist will arrive, especially if you're in a hurry. The bed sheets could be cleaner (i.e. free of unidentified taints). |

Good Location, neer to the central station Dirty bathroom. Small-sized room. TV remote control did not work. Wireless internet did not work. Broken cupboard. One small elevator for the whole hotel. Expensive. You have to go through a restaurant to access the reception. |

The location was fantastic , we could reach everything easily. The hotel was old fashioned and really dirty. The towels in the bathroom was really used, the curtains and the sofa damaged. The restaurant was also dirty.. |

Breakfast buffet was o.k. The hotel is right in in the city centre close to the station. I had a single room with no view It was very dark because you had to draw the curtains to avoid looking at an ugly wall. Should be mentioned beforehand in the booking formular. |

The location; The room was big enough; Reasonable clean; The staff was quite friendly and helpful. There was only one elevator and you had to wait for several minutes (app. 10 minutes); The breakfast need improvement since there wasnt enough glasses and plates; sometimes the dishes were dirty; the toasters needs replacement since it was taking a lot of time to warm the bread; |

The hotel is in a great position in the heart of amsterdam: 1 minute from the station, 1 minute from Dam square, 3 minutes from red light district, 15-20 minutes from vondelpark and museums! Single rooms are ok with private bathroom, everything is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was included in the price and it was nice. Great value for money! The bed.. uncomfortable and without enough covers! |

Close proximity to city center and they have an elevator. The room was quiet even being on the second floor. This hotel had black mold in both rooms we rented. |

A cozy hotel in the centre of Amsterdam, within two minutes walking distance from Central Station. An 'Old Brown' café/bar, well situated. Friendly and clean. |
