Kahden hengen huoneessa viisi sänkyä oli aika yllätys, mutta olipahan varaa valita.. Hotellin sijainti on paras mahdollinen. Aamiaiseen kannattaisi panostaa hiukan enemmän, nyt oli melko suppea tarjonta. |

It is a reasonable value for money hotel, if compared to the average Amsterdam level. Location is very good- just between Central Station and Dam. As usual in Amsterdam, my pre-booked room was given away to someone else before my scheduled arrival. After half an hour dispute solution was found, but I had to change rooms during the stay. But as it was said earlier, it is normal in Amsterdam. You will get the same treatment also in the 5-star NH hotels. Therefore recommend to downgrade your expectations. |

Good location We were given a room on our first night where the toilet was across the corridor - this was not mentioned in hotel description. The hotel description on the website was not accurate - hotel services not as good as your site specified. |
