Centralt men ändå lugnt område, inget buller, närhet till alla museer och viktiga sevärdheter. Bra frukostbuffé var ett stort plus. Hjälpsam personal. Då det inte fanns parkering i anslutning till hotellet, rekommenderades vi till en bra parkering utanför centrala Amsterdam. Allt fungerade problemfritt. Nej. Ibland konstig doft i badrummet men upplevdes inte som ett stort problem. |

Great location near shopping, reataurants,canal boat cruises and tram and bus routes. Very nice continental breakfast included. Very steep stairs to upper floors, and very small elevator (lift) |

very friendly staff. breakfast OK. Good position of the hotel. Room it was not functional at all. Towels are dirty and smell bad. No soap/shower gel in the bathroom. |

Convenient location in AMS, at this price level spacious rooms, very good breakfast (continuously supplemented to full selection until the end at 10am), a quiet place (not a noisy main street), pleasant service. |

The location was good also for the Amsterdam marathon and near enough to the downtown. The room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. There was also a refridgerator in the room. The smell of the towels was very bad when they were wet. |

Quiet neighbourhood, variety of food at breakfast, elevator, nice bed sheets, clean and cosy room, close to Ledesplain and boat stop of the canalbus company. Smelly towels though changed daily. |

The hotel is comfortable and quiet and is located within easy walking distance of a major tourist area and public transport to any part of the city. Breakfast is excellent and is included in room rate. Free wi-fi in room. There is an elevator. |

The hotel is equipped with elevator, hence you need not worry about carrying heavy baggages up. The continental breakfast is great and the staff constantly checked that food was refilled timely. Bathroom is really compact. |

the breakfast was very good. i would recomment taking your own bath towels since the towels in the bathroom smelt awful. |

Convenience to public transport & city. Restaurants and shops were nearby. Free internet available 24/7. Tiny bedroom, nowhere to store clothes other than on 4 coat hangers. Only tea bags and plastic water cups provided, no milk, no coffee, even when we asked for them. No replenishment during our 6 night stay of what was provided, inc tiny soap bar and shampoo sachets. Broken sash cord on the only opening window. Electric socket hanging off wall. |

Marianne was very helpful and polite. Her husband did a great job in the breakfast room keeping it clean and updating the food supply. The hotel was clean, bathroom linens were changed daily, the room was large, there was an elevator and the neighborhood was quite. The breakfast had a plenty of food and offered a large variety. |

excellent breakfast the not smoking room we had was clearly just a smokers room with a non smoking sign on it... smelt very strongly of cigarettes |

Extremely well positioned for activities in Amsterdam, including access to trams. Clean tidy hotel at a reasonable cost, just what we needed. Good buffet breakfast. |

This hotel was the best I stayed in in a two weeks trip across Europe where I stayed in 4 other hotels. This hotel was the cleanest, better equipped, and most secure. Splendid for a 3 star hotel. I hope i can stay at this hotel again in the future. nothing really, except that the reception is not open 24 hours. |
