Hotel de Admiraal  

The hotel is located slightly outside the center of Utrecht, but it can easily be reached by bus. It is a very quiet, residential area with elegant houses built in the first half of the twentieth century. The inside of the hotel, however, is very modern and has all the facilities that I needed. The staff does an excellent job of making you feel at home.

The staf made you feel very welcome, the rooms were beautiful and the surroundings could nod be more quiet and nice with good restaurants nearby, the breakfast was perfect, we will stay at the Hotel de Admiraal next time we are in Utrecht, that's for sure.

Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Very precise with directions and guidance on getting around in the city. Hotel was just 2 minute walk away from public transport and had good connections to city centre. Very cosy and quiet room with tasteful and modern decorations. Mini-bar drinks were affordable for a change!

The proprietor was exactly what you want in a host: informative, polite and helpful. I recommend hoteliers visit here to take a look at what the Hotel de Admiraal is doing right! Pleasant quiet location is a bonus too.

For couples - the rooms have two single beds pushed together - however they slide easily across the floor. Be ready to sleep separately

The owners - Marc and Ruard - have managed to create the refined, but homy ambience with great attention to detailes. For those who wish to feel the Dutch lifestyle - this is the place.

Very comfortable bed, nicely appointed room with green design features, balcony with beautiful view over the garden, attentive and friendly host. The Witte Vrouwen neighborhood is beautiful, short easy walk to bus stops and the shops of Biltstraat. I am very happy to have found such a lovely small hotel and will definitely return soon.

Most welcoming place I've ever stayed in. Even the cats welcome you! Breakfast was yummy.

The welcome was very warm. Mark is very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The hotel is tastefully decorated with everything you would expect from a much more expensive establishment. The room was modern and clean with a balcony and pleasant view. the area is quiet at night. although the breakfast costs extra, it is well worth it. A wide range of food, both cold and cooked was available. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel in Utrecht.

Uitstekend hotel, eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hotel is mooi ingericht met oog voor detail. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt je kunt bestellen wat je wil het wordt voor je klaar gemaakt. Rustige ligging mooi uitzicht over achter tuin.

Badkamers mogen moderner, als deze gemoderniseerd zijn dan is de prijs kwaliteit verhouding optimaal

Tout simplement le meilleur accueuil que j'ai reçu dans un hôtel ! (commercial depuis 20 ans, j'en ai pourtant vu quelques-uns) Excédé par l'attention portée aux clients, le propriétaire a racheté il y a quelques années : il a tout compris. Tout petit hôtel calme aux chambres trés bien équipées, décoration magnifique, petit déjeuner excellent... Et quel accueil ! Quelques restaurants sympas pas trés loin : je recommande celui de poissons.

Peut-être un peu loin du centre d'Utrecht. Pas de parking mais attention : aux Pays-Bas le stationnement est payant jusqu'à 21h ! Escalier un peu raide mais on vous monte vos valises en vous montrant les chambres Pour pinailler : un peu peinture à refaire au plafond de la salle de bains
