It was well located. Not much else to like! They apparently do not read these reviews at this hotel - or they just do not act to them. (All the other hotels do!) Everything other people had complained about before us was totally true. The room had a strong smell of after shave which did not hide the disgusting smell of cigarrettes (we booked a non-smoking room!). The bathroom was in a bad need of renovation. The toilet seat was swinging from left to right, the water pressure in tap and shower was poor, hot and cold water changed simultaneously and also the bathroom was terribly hot. There was also a smell of mold in the bathroom. The room had no air-conditioning and the windows opened all the way, so someone could easily climb to our room! The staff was not friendly specially in the restaurant. Breakfast too expensive, yet there is only instamat coffee! We asked for a refill in the buffet but nobody brought anything, so when something ran out you could not get more. Also all the nicest tables were with"reserved"-signs, at breakfast! Yet nobody came to these tables, so everybody had to sit in the darkest area of the large breakfast room and really close together with other people. There was a very loud family sitting next to us and we got no peace and quiet for our breakfast. The waiters did nothing. |

near to the airport, good parking, breakfast room was nod so nice, because the offical breakfast room was closed why?? we had to seat near the bar and there where very small tables |

Quiet place so I could rest in peaceful environment. Hotel policy to pay bill in advance when check in even if they have number of my credit card as insurance. |

Helpful receptionist. Plenty of parking available at reasonable cost. Excellent and quiet room. Good choice at breakfast. Excellent road, bus and rail connections to Schiphol, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The kitchen closes at 21:30 h. But I found out that this is true for almost all of the restaurants in Hoofddorp. This must be a local habit/trait. |

It was lovely to be able to have a nice variety of food on the terrace, we only wanted something light and the club sandwich and chicken satay were lovely. The room was very small and difficult to move around even though there was only the two of us. |

I liked peace. Simplicity of the staff. Breakfast was not so good. Hot water - I had to wait it quite a lot and sometimes it would come very hot. |

I booked two rooms for the same price, one room was not bad, but other ones size like box of matches. Very noisy during day and night. Huge gaps around windows... Definitely not for star hotel!!! I am not going to stay one more time there... |

I was disappointed with the hotel. For the price the hotel is too simple and modest. The beds were narrow and the room had a tiny tv. Some hair could have been found on the shower compartment. |

The four star rating is completely unfair. This hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. Rooms were dark and beds small. No airco, no good isolation for noise. We were very disappointed. |

The lady at the reception was very unkind. Not helpfull and very short of answer. I booked 2 rooms and in the room of my colleauge the toilet was running, hairdryer not working and lot of niose from the road. She asked to have a room at the other side and the lady at reception was very rude and unfriendly. Also if you charge €12 for breakfast I would like to get my coffee served and goodmorning |
