The staff was very friendly. It was quite loud outside the hotel and my room was facing out so I heard all the noise. |

Good location, near Rembrandt square. Room was in a basement with small window and had to use shared bathroom. Also, reception was located around the corner, more like a B+B |

I liked the quiet room in a typical canal house and the view over the canal. It was also closeness to public transportation. |

Locality and heating that worked very well. Left alone in room. safe would not work properly, shared toilet, poor tv, awful mattresses. Room was worn but not dirty. |

The location is the best. Yes, they have to clean the cups that they put for to make coffe. It's just disgusting to see that the cups in your room are used. |

That the gay pride passed right down the hotel, there is public transportation just down the street and there is some night life in the area Toilette out of the room, the wifi a little weak, the water not pooring correctly in the shower |

Good location, ok rooms for the given price. Some of the other hotel guests made it a bad experience, the rooms were badly isolated from sounds. |
