Best Western City Hotel de Jonge  

The hotel was in the centre of the town, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was good - it was the busiest in town. We would definately stay again.

just one or two niggles - no tea/coffee facilities; hardly any storage in room and no hangers for trousers, only shirts and jumpers

Atmosphere, restaurant and general location. Plus a comfortable bed.

My own opinion was the filipino receptionist who served me before was freindlier, more genuine and accommodating than the current one.

Room #54 - overlooks the Disco. The noise from the young folks standing outside could not even be reduced be wearing earplugs. Noise levels were unbearable until 4 am. Just a warning to any others staying here - ask for rooms not overlooking the lane or you won't get any sleep!

The hotel had a good central location and was part of the "cafe culture" scene. The inclusive breakfast was to an acceptable standard but with a limited choice of items.

The hotel provides ear plugs in its rooms with good reason. Don't stay here if you want to sleep before 3am on a Friday or Saturday night! Best Western should decide if it wants to please its guests or the local teenagers. The noise level was horrendous.

the most central location in the town. very close to 2 shopping centres. new entertainment center being built 200 meters away. within 5 minute walk from the train station but signage required to locate. breakfast adequate.

no refreshments in the room e.g. tea/coffee. we stayed across the lane from the main hotel overlooking the only nightclub in the area which happened to be open only on the 2 nights we stayed there, friday & saturday. a lot of noise all night.

We hadden voor twee nachten geboekt en zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken.

Veel geluidsoverlast. Het eten van het diner was niet goed gebakken (vis). Parkeergarage op afstand was redelijk, maar niet ideaal.

Prettig ontvangen en begeleid richting kamer. Bij uitchecken prima behandeld, goede kamer.

Ontbijt had beter gekund. De kaas stond onafgedekt en was duidelijk uitgedroogd aan de randen, de gekookte eieren niet goed warm gehouden. Voortaan afdekken lijkt een betere oplossing. De smaak van alles was prima en verder keurig verzorgd dus zeker geen reden om er niet terug te komen.
