Great location in the centre of Assen, we'll surely be back! Pretty high temperature in the room but with the fan on it was ok. Noisy on friday night as our room was just opposite of the rock cafe but this wasn't really an issue as we were out til late ourselves. |

Most staff were quite friendly and helpful and all spoke exellent english Peeling wallpaper, broken lights, bathroom plumbing meant that sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush or the shower would stop, the room was cramped and last decorated in the 70s. If it was about 2/3 of the price it would have been reasonable value, but not at full price. |

Bar and restauarnt staff very friendly and service good Requested a preference for a non-smoking room. Room had obviously been used as a smoking room previously and once the smell of the air freshener applied by the cleaners had warn off, the smell of smoke in the room was bad. |

It had a very convient location. I was happy that it had a hair dryer as well. I thought that it was high priced for what it was. |

Location and ease of use. Meals while still pricey by uk standards are good value. Overal simple basic and clean if a bit 1970s in places. |

The location and atmosphere, with a bit of effort and lots of LTC the hotel could be one of most enjoyable in the area. I have designed 31 hotels and might be in a position to suggest further improvements in case you are interested |

Convenient location, nice restaurant Friday and Saturday night there is a lot of noise from the surrounding bars. This carries on the whole night! (The hotel warned me about this, but was unable to book me into a quieter room). |

Access to Groningen was easy (by bus). A bonus t our stay was the opportunity of seeing Terracotta exhibition which we were not aware of. Very nice town which we would have liked more information on. We thought it was a very small town with nothing much to see! Not keen on dogs allowed into eating places. |

Central location. Great bar facilities, nice breakfast, the earplugs. When checking in, the woman at the desk wasn't very friendly. |

Good breakfast and nice staff. Spacious, comfortable room. And as it was the TT Assen weekend with its all night street parties the free earplugs in the room came in incredibly handy! |

prijskwaliteit-verhouding, houding personeel, gezellig terras, centraal gelegen, leuk centrum heel veel herrie tot diep in de nacht van uitgaanspubliek, i.v.m. de zomerse temperatuur (en gebrek aan airco op de kamer) was het ook niet aan te bevelen om de ramen te sluiten |

Huoneissa oli tolkuttoman kuuma. Kadulta ja vastapäätä olevasta diskosta kuului kaamea meteli 04.00 asti. Sen asiakkaat tupakoivat ja melusivat kujalla kello kuuteen. En nukkunut korvatulpista, hotellin vakiovaruste, huolimatta kahteen yöhön silmällistäkään. En enää koskaan käytä ko hotellia. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Ik heb kamer 80 laatst gehad, de badkamer was wel erg klein, op de wc zitten gaat ,maar met de deur open.Vorige kamers 74 en 86 bevielen qua grootte wel goed. Graag volgende keer (1 juni) een kamer met iets grotere badkamer. |
