Friendly staff / good accomodation in a unique restored structure of remodelled houses which were used to house workers during the construction of one of the famous polders in Holland / very quiet and near the lake front / excellent restaurant closeby.

Beautiful, clean rooms with gorgeously comfortable beds. generously-sized bathrooms with decent showers. Each unit opens onto the walkway so you can come and go as you please. Very substantial, good-quality breakfast. Can't recommend it enough. Will be going again soon! I imagine unit 13 with both south ans west-facing windows could get quite hot in the summer, but I've no doubt the management would find you a fan if necessary.

The hotel has it´s rooms more like cabins, but with all the confort needed, the shower perfect clean, hot water good, tv, etc, but the bed mattreses was the best I ever had in all my trips, really. It´s not close to the central station, but the bus number 1 with Haven destination takes only 7 minutos to get to the bus stop Werkeiland, and it´s less than one block walking to get the hotel. The man at the reception was so kind, the breakfast was complete, and the zone is very quite.

Room is newly renovated, aestethic design, clean and neat. Staff are warm; welcoming atmosphere. Room is somwhat small, missing place for holding luggage.

This bed and breakfast hotel did exactly fit in with what my wife and I wanted for that one night.. it was very near the floating clubhouse of the watersport club where the dutch catamaranvlub held the general annual meeting.

Ontvangst. Eerst rondom de lokatie gelopen en na constatering dat alle deuren gesloten waren, een kastje naast de voordeur ontdekt waar aangebeld kon worden. Na ca 5 minuten verscheen een dame om de deur te openen en een sleutel van de kamer af te geven.

Rustige ligging. Geen receptie. Geen bar en restaurant. Geen handdoekenrek in de badkamer. Douche niet waterdicht,waardoor badkamervloer onderloopt.

Prima hotel, zeker voor watersporters en zakelijke overnachtingen. Prettige ontvangst door de eigenaar en behulpzaam. Kale kamers, fohn was wel aanwezig maar daar moest je om vragen. Sober maar prima ontbijtbuffet.
