Very good location and friendly hotel staff. We lived on fourth floor and there was no lift so we had to climb vertical stairs. There was mouse in a room and hear on the floor.Very unclean shower. |

Location was pretty good and there was internet at the hotel (for a cost) Price was too high for what you got. They didn't make our room up one day. |

All requests we made when booking were met. Breakfast was good-not superb but very good for the price paid. Very good location. Safe lockers for passports, money etc. En suite was tiny. |

The staff were polite and friendly. The room was not up to my expectations as it was TINY.There were no (tea/coffee) facilities in the room and it was non-smoking (this was requested as a booking requirement).There was a surprise extra 5% charge for paying by card.The 'continental breakfast' was very basic. I paid alot of money to stay in this hotel and don't feel I got value for money,It provided hostel facilities for hotel prices. |
