HPの写真とはかけはなれていた。 スタッフの対応がひどかった。若者が適当にやってる感じ。トリプルでチェックインしたが、開けたらベッドが２つしかなく文句を言いに行ったら「ベッドの下にあるし、見ればわかるだろ」とさらりと言われた。「それはチェックイン時に言うべきでしょう？」と言うと「電話すればいいだろ」と言われる（が、結局部屋に電話はなかった）。部屋も非常に狭いし、対応もこうでは値段がとても高く感じる。 |

部屋が最悪でした。改装したてと書いてありましたが、釘は飛び出てるし、ハンガーも壊れたままだし、シャワールームも汚いし、シャワーの排水溝も流れませんでした。朝食も１１時までと書いてあったのに、１０時半にはかたずけられてました。スタッフも無愛想だったので、もう２度と宿泊しません。 |

「割引後」の金額なら適正価格ではないでしょうか。ひとつ星レベルだと思う。 夕方になっても廊下にゴミ袋が置きっぱなしのホテルは初めてです。 カードキーが全く使えない。何度も取り替えてもらいました。スタッフの接客レベルもバラバラでした。 |

It was a very low quality hotel, the price per room was too high. Very bad breakfest and did not give normal bill but written with hand! |

Only the location of the hotel. It is about 1,5kms from the central and this is a good walking distance. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. You have to climb at least 50 very narrow stairs to get to the dirty room. The staff is very unfriendly and prideful. On the first tday the door did not work and we found this our by accident, the staff never noticed. On the second day the heating did not worked and they were unable to fix it until the next evening. It was 5 degrees outside... |
