the apartment was a 2 bedroom which we shared with another couple. We all felt that the facilities and location were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Everything, staff were great, was in a really good location only 5-10 mins from mist places of interest. 4 of us stayed and all had the same opinion!

We were a little concerned about making noise having said that we did make quite a bit but nothing was mentioned!

Excellent facilities, Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is great with excellent local amenities.

Space is big, 3 bed rooms and 1 huge living room. There is a supermarket nearby, 2 minutes by walk. One minutes from the metro station.

The bed has some problem, it seems one side was sunk, which lead to very unconfortable.

Great set up for a group of 4. 2 in each room. Huge living area proved to be a much better meeting place to decide our day than a hotel lobby. Kitchen was nice to make breakfast in each morning. Home away from home feel!

I liked the willingness of staff. The apartment was very well equipped.

I would prefere more light in rooms.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was ideal for us (2 mature couples).

The bedrooms could have been improved with a set of drawers. We were with you for 4 days, so putting our clothes in drawers would have been better than trying to get all our clothes on the wardrobe. The reading lights by the bed needed to be stronger for older eyes. The kitchen would benefit from having a toaster.

Clean comfortable spacious and airy. Beds and linen were excellent. Everything simple to use and well explained in literature in flat. Would be happy to stay here again and look forward to returning to Amsterdam.

Behavoir of the staff. They were quite rude . Our 4 years Old kid were also being considered as a separate person. So they debated that iys extra person and we had to book another hotel. The staff behavior was quite rude and even after paying so much money we were forced to pay additional money. Also they had a very strange policy of taking the money 15 days back. I would highly suggest to look for similar accomodtaion nearby and do not go for this

Only one toilet in the three bed apartment we were in ! 6 adults and only one toilet was a bit annoying but for 3 nights was okay!

The location of this apartment was fantastic. It was clean, modern and had all the facilities that is expected of a self-contained apartment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others.

Good location and very spacious apartment, perfect for a group of friends. The staff seem to have addressed the issues previously brought up by guests. They have added more comfortable seating, a soap dispenser in the shower and more mirrors so we had a wonderful, stress free stay.

Small beds One bathroom for 6 beds apartment Inflexibility in changing or canceling the booking as we have no choice 2 weeks earlier to reservation date. No daily cleaning availability or at least the garbage.

I liked the location, the spacious living, the price.

I didn"t like the fact that you must come and check in only between 14:00 and 17:00 hours . We came at 18:00 and had luck to find the owner's brother in the hall. He was very nice, but if we shouldn't meet him, we probably should go to another hotel to stay, even if we already payed for the entire vacation in advance. I also dislike to pay in advance. I like to guarantee with my card. In fact, that's why I like booking.com so much. Paying in advance doesn't give you the chance to choose. I never understood why they made such a beautiful and large living room with such tiny bathroom's sink... I saw something like this only in London. You cannkt wash your face without droping water on the floor.

Clean, we'll appointed, light and bright apartment with everything you need for a short stay!

Sofia's weren't very comfy, boiler is noisy. Both minor gripes, we had a good time!

Friendly staff, spacious well-tended apartment, central location. Two bedroom apt is ideal for family city trip & shopping.

Carpark at E20/day at neighboring hotel may be a good deal for Amsterdam but still expensive. Park+Ride outside the city center for E8/day incl metro is the best deal but rather inconvenient with luggage.

Location is perfect, clean, quiet neighborhood

Location, staff was friendly, the supermarket is around the courner, 3 minutes walk to the metro station and trim stop, the living room is wide,, was the best appartment I stayed in ever!!

There is only one toilet of the appartment
