tram station is close. Walking to the center takes 20 minutes
they ask for too much deposit
Cosy, clean, confortable, good location. Professional organization.
5th floor, no elevator. During 8 days of our stay, the towels should be changed once.
There was no laundry machine and washdisher.
Great Location. Close to nice shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Coffee machine, welcome waffle, nice warm shower all the time, all equipment working well and in good condition. Very helpful and friendly staff. A lot of useful informations.
No cleaners cleaning or throwing the rubbish. This should be looked into, and measures should be taken as not to inconvenience the traveller, as they might be busy, too tired and don't know the local laws or customs. Difficulty in opening and closing the main door with key. Was struggling with it initially. an information on how to manouvre it on the guest book would be very helpful.
Lovely vibrant location and very clean appt. Very nice staff, especially Mandy at the airport check in point. The albert cuyp market and other local stores for fantastic produce too.
If wifi is important to you its not so good. To be fair though this can be easily sorted by short stay. So hopefully will not be an issue in future.
The apartment was nice and clean. It had enough space and enough commodities for self-catering (I would only suggest a microwave should be included). It was very well located, with easy and direct access to Central Station and the center of Amsterdam, to Museumplein and to RAI Conference Center. I was very satisfied with it and I highly recommend it for business and/or leisure!
It was on the third floor but the stairs are large enough to carry the luggage. A microwave is the only thing missing.
Comfort, independence and in a nice neighbourhood.
Location at De pijp!
No good ventilation in the toilet. No room cleaning during the stay
Comfortable beds Bathroom..good shower and bath and plenty of towels Free wi fi Near to several supermarkets, within a couple of minutes walk. Tea bags and coffee provided Good location-quiet, near to tram stop and Albert Cuip market Lots of cafés and shops
Kitchen lacked a few basic things such as microwave, no grill ( just an oven and hob) and needed a few more baking trays or pyrex dishes to cook in Loo roll- only enough for 3 days
The location is excellent. De Pijp is a sweet neighborhood, and right around the corner of the apt. you have a supermarket, various grocery shops, great cafés (I.e. De Stadskantine), Albert cuyp market and more. It's close enough to the center by tram/bike. The apartment was warm, luxurious, well equipped and tastefully designed. Even had a cool painting above the bed, featuring marylin Monroe and Elvis. Very recommended.
- This company are excellent to deal with. They provide a key collection service either at the airport or at their office in the city centre where luggage can be left on the day of departure. There is a direct train service from the airport to the central station from outside of which, Tram no. 4, will take you to within five minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, well serviced and equipped. - De Pijp is an excellent location, well serviced by local well stocked supermarkets (MARQT, DIRK, ALPERT HEIJN, ALDI), many shops (including Fish & Halal), and a wide variety of restaurants (East & West); all within a few minutes walk. It is also an interesting area to explore during evening walks. The local trams, no 3 and 4, cover anywhere you wish to visit in the city. Amsterdam is a very nice city to walk in, the city centre is about 30 minutes walk through some very interesting streets. - The GVB transport chip card (obtainable from their office opposite centre station) is essential if your using the transport system. The card costs 7.50 euros and you load it with credit, it is more economic than paying fares.
Great location - de Pijp is a vibrant area with lots of great restaurants, shops and Sapharti Park which is great for kids to run around. Staff at the office in Heren Gracht are very friendly and you can store luggage there while you wait for your apartment. Apartment (10 Saphartipark) is spacious and you can open large windows at both ends - great in hot weather. Market is very close for supplies.
The double sofa bed is very uncomfortable - at least if you are in your 40s. Might suit a much younger couple or children. The apartment needs hooks in the bathroom/wet room and a towel rail in the toilet. Small things but would make a big difference.
Location...nice neighborhood...there is Tram Stop outside the apartment where you can visit all town...nice house...very modern ...clean...friendly staff..and a coffeeshop opposite the road ;p
we where on the ground floor...and at night people where passing in front of the widows it was kinda scary...Also we kinda went out of budget cause we needed to pay 300 euros safety deposit where i did not saw that when i booked it
Did not like the table in thev apartment it was not level.
it's kind of quite and comfortable and clean at the first day.
the stuffs service is not professional at all in the office in the town. No room cleaning compared to the price and WiFi was cut off one day before checking out. It was terrible experience and worse information before checking in from the stuff in the office.
The bed is very comfortable
Room was too hot.
The location was good as I was not right in the center and close to the Rai. The neighborhood was good with shops, restaurants and a park nearby
sometimes there were not any taxis available
Great staff nice quiet location very close to tram stop clean tidy space full and new apartment had a great time would stay again
Quiet location, not right in the heart of things but right next to tram 4, good restaurants & Sarphatipark & walkable to museums.
Needs more storage space/hooks, in the bathroom & living room. 4 plates (of each size) means you end up using the dishwasher more than necessary.
Spacious, nice furniture
Cold, no heat besides heated floors that heet up way to slow. No washing machine and since no one changes towels you have to use the same towels, which don't really dry every day because its cold. Coffee maker was broken - leaking when pouring coffee.
Building site across the road, early morning noise.
The apartments have a fantastic location. We liked to walk around the city and found we could walk to the city centre in 20 mins. There are also two trams that can get you there in nearer 10. There are shops and restaurants nearby and a selection of great cafes.
Some of the information upon arrival was a bit imprecise. The apartment address was given as 62E when the apartments are actually numbered not lettered and the wifi server given to us did not exist. (We were able to use the one for the adjoining room) These were small things that were reinterpreted easily enough in the end. The process of collecting the key from a location far from the apartment is not the best, but perhaps cannot be helped. All told, these are fantastic apartments and a great way to see Amsterdam more affordably. We'd definitely go back again.
We really enjoyed the freedom of the apartment compared to a hotel for our 5 night stay. The location was great for getting to museums etc., and local shops and restaurants were good too.
We really enjoyed the privacy of the apt and the kitchen. Nice shower and good floor plan. We were looking to rent a hotel, so glad we went with this apartment instead. This apartment is really bright, yet the awesome window shades allowed us to sleep in.
Loads of stairs up to the 17 apartment, but we are a young strong family so it really was not a challenge for us. There was a storm one night and it was really loud since we were on the top floor...bring earplugs if you think the weather is going to be stormy, in spite of that we will rent again.
