The hotel was a positive surprise. We really liked the location in the center of the medieval Nijmegen. The rooms where very nice and clean. The bagel breakfast was delicious - served at the café in connection to the small hotel. The only thing that a guest should be aware of is the step stairs. |

The situation was nice. The room was small but clean and ok for one night. No place to hang clothes not even a hook in bathroom for towel or clothes. I would have liked to choose what I wanted for breakfast. It took a long time just to get a cup of tea. There was also no tea and only a paper cup in the room. |

Pleasant location. Beautiful street. Easy access to bars/restaurants shops. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. It is not a proper hotel with all rooms/reception located in one place. it is spread over two sites and I was in the part that had no staff. Hence it was difficult to ask about anything when the main part was closed (after 7pm) as it is a cafe and not a real hotel. My room was not cleaned three times and no clean towels/soaps etc for a few days. At the price I paid this was not good. |

Fantastic position, nice staff, good breakfast. Carpet in the rooms. Moreover the typical "dutch" stairs are difficult to use for people who are not young any more. |

Pleasant staff, always very helpful and welcoming. Relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Position of premises, with easy access to town and facilities. I was fortunate that my room was upgraded as it was not the busy season. Overall I was pleased with my accommodation, as it offered the basics I needed without the frillls. Breakfast was adequate. The coffee was good! Poor overhead and bedside lighting in the room. Needed light over sink in room. However, shower and toilet room lighting was good. Stairs were very steep, ok for me, but I could see older or unhealthy people would find them difficult. Beverages not regularly restocked in room. No variety for breakfast apart from bagels, but I suppose being a bagel place that is what you must expect! Even though parking instructions were given they were not very clear to find, especially when not familiar with the area. I eventually parked in the station car park. |

the atmosphere and the location were fine; the bed was comfortable and everything was clean; it was very private there was no phone in the room; there was no proper reception area; my room was in a side building where the WIFI did not work at all (contrary to advertisement). There should have been information about hard-to-negotiate stairs, in case the guest has disability. The room was in the attic and it was quite difficult to bring up and down bigger luggage. |

Kamer (bij de luxe) is erg groot. Hebben er met 4 personen geslapen. Het ontbijt is zeer goed geregeld, beste koffie die je maar kan krijgen. De toegang tot de kamer: 3 steile trappen op. Ik denk dat dit van te voren gemeld dient te worden. |

ik was in Nijmegen voor een opleiding en vond het tegen die achtergrond een goede accomodatie. Eenvoudig, maar schoon en erg praktisch: draadloos internet. Natuurlijk is het bijbehorende ontbijt in de Bagels & Beans het absolute hoogtepunt van mijn verblijf geweest: heerlijk zo'n warme bagel met creamcheese en confiture... Een minpunt: het lawaai 's nachts van passanten. Mogelijk valt daar iets aan te doen met geluidisolerend materiaal... |
