ホテルというよりおしゃれなB&Bといった感じで、内装はとてもcuteにまとまっていました。応対もフレ- ンドリーで親しみやすく、街の雰囲気にもマッチしていました。 |

お部屋や食器がカントリー風デザインで統一されていて、かわいいです。ハガキをだしてくれたり、向かいの運- 河に白鳥を呼んでくれたり、アットホームで親切なスタッフばかりでした。便利な場所にありながら、さほど騒- がしくもなく、広場の鐘楼の音が程よい大きさに聞こえる距離です。また行くことがあれば、ぜひ利用したいで- す。 |

Hertie was an excellent host! She gave us a great dinner recommendation and information about Delft! Breakfast was good! The bed was comfortable in a nice wooded setting-great to hear the church bells in the background! When packing up to go home, we found an old pair of underwear behind the television-which we immediately threw in the garbage. Also, the bath/shower combo room got extremely wet when showering and the floor was slippery to walk on. |

It was a delightful small hotel, full of character with friendly and helpful attention from the owner at all times. It was quiet and peaceful, in a picturesque setting beside a little canal, but very close to the centre of the little town. Everything was fine. It did not serve lunch or dinner, but there were a dozen or more very acceptable eating places within a five-minute walk. |

It was as advertised, the room was smallish but clean and quiet. Great breakfast, close to main downtown and great resturants. Host was helpful and discreet. A few extra towels or larger ones would have been great. |

courteous and helpful staff, homely atmosphere a bit cramped and too many small decorative items. we had a two year old toddler and were always afraid that he would break something. but luckily we managed to come out without any breakages. |

The friendly and helpful staff all of whom spoke English. The cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast in a lovely dining room. The location for walking, dining, and shopping locally. |

The Bed and Breakfast is on a picturesque canal close to the center of the old town, The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly, available, and helpful regarding sights to see and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this B&B and the town of Delft. It is convenient to so many sights in the Netherlands. If you have a car, parking is a problem. The city parking lot is several blocks from the B&B. |

The hotel was very central and situated in a lovely road overlooking a canal.The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. Our bedroom was large and roomy, but needed to be updated and decorated. There were no facilities for making tea and coffee. There was a loose tile in the shower room, no shower curtain and no mirror over the wash basin making it difficult for my husband to shave. |

L'amabilité du personnel, la qualité des services, une localisation quasi idéale pour ue visite en ville, le petit déjeuner, tout concourt à un séjour agréable. Chambre un petit peu étroite. |

De kleinschaligheid bracht een hoog serviceniveau met zich mee. De interesse van het management in de gast en haar wensen is voelbaar aanwezig, op een niet storende wijze. Het reserveringssyteem van Booking.com suggereert dat de kosten via CreditCard zijn betaald. Dat bleek niet het geval; gelukkig maakte het management ons opmerkzaam dat er nog betaald diende te worden. |

le petit déjeuner très agréable dans un joli salon, et l'emplacement de l'hotel au bord d'un petit canal "très romantique" quasi au centre du vieux Gelft la salle de bain, un peu vieillotte, mais cela fait partie du charme de l'hotel; |
