Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

vriendelijk onthaal, mooie kamer, gratis wifi. geen ontbijt mogelijk voor 9u (maar dat was bekend door de commentaren op de site van Booking). |

In questo hotel ci siamo trovati benissimo, Marcello il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona davvero squisita, e stato disponibillissimo e alla mano, sono delle persone super raccomandabili, simpatiche e serie. L'appartamento è ideale per famiglie, pulito, grande e provvisto di qualsiasi elettrodomestico, anche il posto e l'ubicazione dell'hotel è ottima. raccomando vivamente questo hotel, i proprietari sono persone davvero fantastiche. |

Pension in allen Belangen TOP.Leider liegt sie im falschen Ort. Zandvoort hatte seine Blüte sicherlich in den 70er Jahren.Wirkt heute heruntergekommen,ebenso In weiten Teilen die Gastronmie.Nachbarorte wie Noordwijk,Egmond oder Bergen haben sich weiterentwickelt und nicht die Zeit verschlafen. |

Liebenswürdiger Pensionswirt, ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank U. Kaffeemaschine (Kaffeepads, Zucker, Milch waren vorhanden), gepflegtes Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück: frischer Obstsalat, divers. Joghurt, leckere frische Brötchen, Kaffee immer frisch, denn er wird nach Bedarf zubereitet, Aufschnitt, Käse, Eierspeisen auf Wunsch: gekochtes Ei, Spiegelei, Rührei, Omelette etc! Die Tüllgardine hinter dem Spiegel (Deko) und die tüllartige Bettdecke! |

sehr netter eigentümer,sehr sympatisch! war sehr sauber alles und das bad war modern eingerichtet.super war auch das man sich kaffee und tee auf dem zimmer zubereiten kann.wir hatten balkon und konnten sogar das meer sehen.uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und kommen im frühjahr wieder!!! |

Super Frühstücksbüffet, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Inhaber, alles bestens. Dazu kommt noch eine Superlage (200 m zum Meer). |
