Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure on times for checking in or out, and breakfast(great coffee!) seems to be available till lunchtime! Friendly and informative staff. Rooms are full of soaps and shampoos and shoeshiners and etc etc, a voyage of discovery I kept finding something else tucked away. There is a very small lift, if you prefer to walk then be very careful as the spiral staircase is very tight and not overly well lit. |

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Facilities excellent. Staff excellent. Easy to find. Free car parking. The price little bit high compared to other places i went. but i think most hotels in amsterdam more or less around that price. |

Good quality fittings in room, generally very clean. Good price, easy to book, 10 minutes walk to station, convenient. Good plumbing fittings and taps. Shower temp easy to adjust. Bed comfortable - not too soft or too hard. A human hair was in the bathroom when I arrived. In the hotel industry, the one thing you never, ever do is leave someone else's hair in the bathroom. Early signs of mold on the bathroom ceiling, but I've seen much worse. |

Angenehmes helles Zimmer, eher etwas klein. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.Frühstück reichlich fürs Geld, aber etwas desorganisiert. Flur/Treppenhaus dunkel. Einrichtung einfach/konservativ. |

De kamer was netjes en volledig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien Inchecken en uitchecken was even lastig omdat er in beide gevallen niemand bij de receptie was en het lastig was iemand daar te krijgen. Heb uiteindelijk met mijn mobiel de vaste telefoon gebeld en toen werd ik snel en vriendelijk geholpen. |

uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, soepele uitchecktijden, gratis internet, goed ontbijt niet tevreden is niet aan de orde; maar de inrichting was niet helemaal onze smaak - veel bijeengeraapte prullaria (nepbroodjes van plastiek in de vensterbank van de ontbijtzaal om maar eens iets te noemen) - en ook een wat andere tuininrichting zou voor een uitstraling kunnen zorgen die het gastvrije hotel verdient! |
