Friendly, helpful staff. Traditional building in excellent location. Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows. Breakfast very poor for a 4-star hotel. Strong smell of gas in breakfast room. Ventilation bathroom/WC not functioning. |

Friendly and willing to help personnel, very warm atmosphere; excellent location The access to WI-FI was not reached - the system required to change the settings of the PC and even hotel staff didn't succeed in this trouble |

We had a lovely stay the beds were really soft and the room was spacious and clean, we were overlooking the canal with a lovely view. Breakfast was included in the price and good value and the staff were very pleasant, we would stay there again |
