部屋が広い１２畳くらい バスルームも広い４畳くらい バスタブ と シャワー両方が別にある 静かな運河のほとりで 駅と セントラルマルクトの中間くらいにあり デルフトのベストポジション 朝食に 野菜を加えてほしい |

のんびりしようと思って２泊しました。清潔で部屋も大きめでよかったです。朝食のコーヒー紅茶がセルフにな- っていて、スタッフも事務的。ちょっとさびしい気もしました。 |

hotel is in the center of Delft big clean room but no view (the room is too simple for 4stars hotel!) i think booking.com should put this in 3*** hotel |

Very good, family type hotel, located in a small and very quiet road. The hotel staff very responsive and the service superb.In short - definitely worth the money and much more... No airconditioning. however the wheater was good. But there was a big fan in the room that did its job quite well. |

Kindness of people, care they took for my request to have a room with a nice view to relax after a difficult meeting, care for not having me changing room when my husband joined me for the weekend. Nothing I disliked. If I had to improve the hotel, I would ask for free wifi. |

Spacious, clean rooms 1 Euro for WiFi per day could be well included into the price of the room, which is not low! Not reliable staff. Needed to leave my bag. A receptionist suggested I put it in front of the desk and it would be placed away. When I came back my bag was still standing where I left it and the other receptionist told they had no idea, whose bag it was... |

Friendly, helpful staff. Traditional building in excellent location. Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows. Breakfast very poor for a 4-star hotel. Strong smell of gas in breakfast room. Ventilation bathroom/WC not functioning. |

Slechte bereikbaarheid, het is moeilijk om je auto in de buurt te parkeren. Verder heeft het hotel geen eigen restaurant, waardoor je verplicht wordt om buiten de deur te gaan eten. |
