スタッフは親切だし、朝食も良かった。部屋も広め。 ２部屋とったが、両方とも洗面所は古びた感じだった。レベルは三ツ星ホテルの下といったところ。４星で洗面台に物を置くスペースがないのは、苦しい。 |

smoking/non-smoking roomを選択できるようになっているけれど、 完全なnon-smokingなホテルです。 タバコをすう人は、ロビーまたはラウンジ（スタッフも含め常に誰もいない）で吸うことになります。 事前にメールでこのことは知らせてもらえましたから、覚悟はしていましたが、 まったく不便は感じませんでした。 特になし |

Friendly, helpful staff. Traditional building in excellent location. Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows. Breakfast very poor for a 4-star hotel. Strong smell of gas in breakfast room. Ventilation bathroom/WC not functioning. |

We had a lovely stay the beds were really soft and the room was spacious and clean, we were overlooking the canal with a lovely view. Breakfast was included in the price and good value and the staff were very pleasant, we would stay there again |
