Friendly, helpful staff. Traditional building in excellent location. Uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows. Breakfast very poor for a 4-star hotel. Strong smell of gas in breakfast room. Ventilation bathroom/WC not functioning. |

We had a lovely stay the beds were really soft and the room was spacious and clean, we were overlooking the canal with a lovely view. Breakfast was included in the price and good value and the staff were very pleasant, we would stay there again |

comfortable beds, quiet rooms every morning we told the receptionist what we had used in room bar. On the last morning she accused us of omitting 2 bottles of wine which we had told her about. It was quite embarassing in front of other guests |
