Location There should be an elevator for luggage. The winding stairs are a big negative. |

The breakfast is OK though there is no fresh fruit. Its location near the Noordeinde Palace is also fairly central without being in the middle of the business district. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The room was overheated and the radiator controls appeared not to work. You cannot leave the window open without loss of privacy. There is no elevator and there is no indication of this on the website. The staircase is a narrow spiral - not recommended for old people nor for those with heavy luggage. |

This is one of the best 2 star hotels I have stayed in. I suggest it goes up a star. The bed is the best I have slept in in 3 months. Friendly staff. There is no lift, so people should beware if they bring heavy bags. Then again, the staff carried it up for me! |

staff were friendly and the location was good carpets in the room were all stained - hard to tell if they were clean or dirty - and the shower/bathroom set-up was awful and left a lot to be desired |

The location was great for points of interest, access to the city centre and main routes out to the expressway. The hotel was in the middle of renovations. The shower area was not separate from the rest of the bathroom, so the water from the shower collected all over the floor and did not drain properly. Access to the room was via a narrow circular steel staircase, which made it difficult to carry up large or heavy suitcases. We also felt that the name of the hotel is miss-leading, as we had assumed it was connected to the "Delta" hotel chain, which carries certain expectations and standards. Would not recommend for older travellers. |

Location is good, near the Royal Palace and there is free internet. Short walk from the excellent shopping centre of Den Haag. Facilities very basic, no kettle in room, paintwork needs fresh coat. Spiral staircase would not be suitable for older guests. Adequate but only just. |

Location closed to downtown. The carpet was fairly stained and needed to be replaced. Interesting design anyway. Poor isolation against noise. |

The room was very small, the shower looked very strange and not user-friendly. The curtains were dirty. |

The hotel is located near a nice square with lively cafes and lots of wine drinking outside (at least in the summer time).. |

Great to have a room with a large balcony. The bathroom was the size of a wardrobe. |

Great small garden. Central. Quiet - not much traffic noise. Fair breakfast to the price. But very small stairs, but not a problem if your legs are ok. |

1) Close to the center. 2) Nice Bed 1) The Shower floor is not level, so the drainage is Bad.2) They have a spiral staircase leading to the rooms, Impossible to take your own bag upstairs, im sure this would be against Dutch Health and safety Law.3) There is no sound proofing. |
