Hotel room large enough for my needs. Desk & chair are very useful for work with laptop. Very convenient location near many restaurants, cafes, and near the Metro station at Gare du Nord. Also convenient to the Eurostar trains at Gare du Nord. Loved the French doors that open on the little balcony above Rue de Mauberge. Bathroom was clean and with adequate room. Desk clerks were helpful. Hotel is older ant the tiny elevator is not really adequate. Breakfast not very good but numerous nearby cafes make up for it. |

easy walking to centre and harbour kleenex tissues arrived wednesday, no milk, tea, sugar on .wednesday.we left Thursday.one room not ready on Monday but quickly rectified. |

the rooms were excellent, the staff friendly, efficient and welcoming only a minor thing - i like a big beaker of tea in the morning , the cups at breakfast were rather small but this was common at all the hotels we stayed at. |

Friendly family run hotel, they really worked for their guests. We'll definitely return there. A little bit difficult to drive to due to the oneway street system in Hoorn but everywhere is Hoorn difficult to find by car.Better to walk or cycle. |

Great breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room with newly refurbished bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff. Cold beer. After Den Haag, felt like we had actually arrived in the Netherlands! |

The hotel is so lovely! Rooms are very clean and comfy! Hotel staff were so nice and helpful, and breakfast was delicious! Its also set in a really lovely town. Will definately come back! Not a thing, everything was perfect! |

The staff were very friendly and informative. In fact nothing was a problem, they were most helpful. Parking was free of charge and close by to the hotel. We had a family room with 4 single beds and they also supplied a baby cot to suit our needs. |

mensen zijn vriendelijk kamer buitenom. matige kamers en toch een stevige prijs. in het algemeen is het een probleem ( onmogelijk ) een goed hotel in hoorn te vinden. |
