Felt the cost of an evenig meal was very high. Although very nice too pricey for what it was. Would not eat there again which is a shame as there aren't too many places to eat within walking distance. |

The hotel is modern,well and comfortably furnished, breakfast -excellent choice and quality. I will gladly stay again in the hotel. The one thing I did not like is the glass partition between bedroom and bathroom . It is nice when the room is for single use , but not very comfortable if occupied by 2 people. |

Stylish room and friendly staff. The library was great and unexpected. Very good breakfast. I thought paying for internet in the age of WiFi was a bit mean and the price of food and wine was a bit over the odds. |

I would have preferred to have magazines in English. The two magazines that were in the room were both in Dutch I guess. |

Near city hotel,very clean,ultra modern rooms,all the facilities businessmen and travellers needs,super rich breakfast and a professional lovely helping staff.worth every peny, in superb rates in the weekends including free parking! |

I liked the service when we checked in,,a charming young man...I loved the puristic design in the hotel....loved the Agua de la Tierra!! The lady who checked us out was somewhat pokerfaced....maybe she hadn't slept well!! |

The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was there. Beds were fine. Late check out on the Sunday is perfect. Very close to tram and Central Train Station. |

The buffet breakfast / breakfast room was amazing. The choice and quality of food was excellent and the surroundings very pleasant with lovely decor throughout and even a 'reading corner' & books for those who want to spend some time reading before going out. Very attentive staff as well. Althought the bathroom was very nice and equipped with high standard fittings, etc..... the frosted glass throughout and the lack of a door between it and the bedroom might not suit everyone, at least those who would like some privacy in the bathroom..... |

The Spanish translation of the room service menu card. As a Spanish speaking and being NH a Spanish chain should put more attention to this. Some of the items translated where absolutely unreadable. |

Great new hotel, free internet for 15 min, clean room with fridge We booked a double room and were given a twin as "there were no more double rooms left" |

The hotel is realy very nice, room was not big, but it was absolutely fine, comfortable because of design. Good breakfast. Hotel perferctly located. |

Location (near the tram stop, within 2 stops from city center), personnel, room, breakfast. There was special week-end option - late check out on Sunday till 5 pm. Too many people on breakfast - there were not enough place to sit for all of them. |

Very nice and comfortable room. Good location, easy acces to the city center by Metro or even by foot (<10min walk). Very unprofessional staff, any kind of complications possible. Room was dusty. Milk glasswall between room and shower does not give you any privacy (almost clear vision trough). |
