NH Den Haag is less than a 15 minute walk from Den Haag Central Train Station. It has elegant bedrooms, a 24-hour front desk and a cafe-bar with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and an Xbox Kinect. We enjoyed seeing the Dutch paintings at Gemeente Museum, particularly Vermeer's, 'Girl with the Pearl Earring'. The Escher Museum was a fantastic way to spend the day. The Beach area was good too. Buses and trams easy to use.

Absolute Luxury, at a fair price, for this lvel of Design, Space Service and Qualityyou could pay a lot more elsewhere in the city, it is next to Metro station and has undergound secure parking. F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S. John

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean modern hotel, good breakfast buffet, a pleasant lounge facility as part of large dining area. Weather was bitterly cold (down to -17 deg C.) but we were pleasantly warm in hotel. Ten min walk to central station, metro very close, walks would have been good if pavements not so icy! Electric taxi service available on request. Beds were very firm indeed, I had to ask for, and got, a single duvet to sleep on to soften impact, as I have a degenerating back. Some people may like very firm matresses. They gave us clean towels every day (nice) but we did try to be more ecofriendly! Beware the extra charges for early registration, 20 Euro for breakfast and late departure - all specified on site.

Polite staff. Rooms are too small and dark -- not enough lighting. Entire hotel was too cold and the temperature in the room cannot be adjusted to make it warm enough.

I had to wait 20 minutes to check in after a day's work and travel to den Haag. Staff very slow with queue bilding up. Poor lighting in the room and bad value for money, especially the breakfast at 19.50 euros. Will not stay again.

The location of the hotel is an advantage, at the entrance route into the city. The hotel has not much atmosphere in the weekend. Typical business hotel during working days.

Clearly a business hotel but with excellent rates for weekend guests. It is comfortable and reasonably well located They have ceased to sell tickets for the small overhead train to the city centre. They used to sell these at the reception desk

The room and its equipments and facilities were superb, especially the pillows and blankets. Everything was desined in a purposeful and delicate manner in order to give the guests the maximum comfort and ease in using them. There were no umbrellas avialable for guests in the rooms or even in the reception. The management might have forgotten where the hotel is located in terms of climate!

Nice large room, good food at the hotel restaurant, private hotel parking is available Completely non-smoking hotel. Probably, the hotel hired new staff because some of reception people were inexperienced though friendly.

Food: I ate in the NHube restaurant ( the only restaurant in the hotel) this is co located with the bar, lounge and reading room. I had the lambshank Nhube style. It was poor, had been re-heated and lacked flavour and quality. Not what is expected of a 4* hotel. The bathroom in my room had a background smell on opening the door like pungent drain. The air conditioning in the room appeared to be diong very little and it was very warm all night.

I had a room on the top floor which had marvellous views. It was very quiet and the breakfast was extensive. It was just a little too far from the centre of town. Massive construction is happening all around this very modern area

Alles was uitstekend verzorgd. Heel erg dom vond ik een receptioniste die bij het inchecken de toeristenbelasting afrekende. Toen we uitcheckten bleek dat ze maar voor 1 persoon deze belasting had afgerekend en moesten we dus voor de tweede keer voor de tweede persoon afrekenen.
