The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. It was peaceful. The design of the bedrooms was modern and interesting. Although the staff were helpful, they didn't go to any extra lengths to provide anything further than the bare necessities in terms of information. The beds were of very poor quality and I had to sleep on top of one of the quilts because the springs were protruding and hurting my back. |

Convenient Location, good breakfast,courteous and helpful staff. Better value for money than the other hotel in which we spent 2 nights - Bel Air No bed head, so it was difficult to sit up in bed. The bed rolledaway from the wall as we tried to sit up! Do fix the small bedside lights, which would be very good if they worked. Bbc (World) News was listed, but was not available. For English speakers cnn would be useful too. Supply a soap dish please. |

new, modwern building very hard to locate even wth gps (i used igo 2008 and garmin 2009) and it would not find the hotel or the street. it seems that the real street has a different name |

Newer hotel, very modern design. Clean and new facilities. On tram line, 1 stop from Central Station. Nice views of much of the city from upper floors. Minor mechanical and functional issues will make this hotel fall apart long before it should unless many issues are attended to immediately. Design of storage in the room was a really bad joke. It's useless ! !. Computer useage area was so dark I could hardly see the letters on the keyboard and not any of 3 different employees could get any light there. |

Fantastic as usual. We Love nh hotels! Always clean, comfortable beds, great staff. Breakfast is expensive but extra yummy, so enjoy it if it is included in your room price! The suite was large enough to put the baby in his own room and close a divider...great for privacy! |

This is my second time staying in NH Den Haag, for sure we love it. The comfort of the room including tea/coffe maker, excellent breakfast choices including for kids and the location. It is only 50 meters from tram stop number 3 and 4, from here it's only one stop to Central Station and two stops to Den Haag Centrum. There is always room for improvement like cable TV for more channels and lower wireless internet charges (currently 10.5 EUR per 24 hours). Even Free WiFi currenlty is common in some hotels. |

The room was a good size with a modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the free Internet access was a nice touch even though there was a 15 minute limit. It was quiet and the front desk staff were very attentive to our requests. It was a bit far to walk from the train stations and there is not much of anything in the vicinity. |

The hotel was lovely, new and clean. The breakfast was amazing, so much to chose from. The location was also good. Quite close to the centre of town, just a short walk from the old town. |

We took our 11 month old with us and were really impressed with their anticipation of our needs. In the room was a changing mat along with the porta cot which is a great idea. Breakfast also accomodated children too, from cutlery to food and beverage choices. Staff were always friendly and ready to help with all matter of requests. |

I liked the staff politness and customer service was very good in both the speed and quality of service provided. The restaurant dinner was an absolute underperformer, I believe that the meal quality was well below what a 4 stars hotel should have and I have made a point of telling all my acquaintances not to eat in the Hotel restaurant ever. |
