Hotel is lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking nearby on weekend. Glass between the bedroom and shower offered little privacy. Night staff not knowledgable. Area is safe and convenient, but has no charm. |

This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better |

Personal very helpful and friendly.very good breakfast buffet.free of charge unterground parking place.nice bathroom.near by city center.you can take also tha train so you do not have to use the car.Longless Sunday you can check out on 17 instead of 13 Uhr. you can not open the windows(so by smoking room not so nice).the double room has two single bett instead of a double one so are been moved during sleepping time.smoking room without asstray. that´s it. |

very nice to stay, new hotel, very comfortable room decorate Not so easy to reach, about 20 minutes to walk from the central station. And there is no clear route instruction on the website. |

Nice interior design. Covenient location. Friendly staff. Room floor was covered by sticky spots the very first day we moved in. Two days later, the spots were still there. On asecond day, after the "housekeeping service" we found the trash bin in a toilet has not been emptied, while the empty facial tissue box has not been refilled. On a third day, after the "housekeeping service", we discovered that the glasses and cofee cups dissapeared. Quite funny! |

Rooms in good condition, nicely decorated. The dinner service in the restaurant is very poor. I waited 50 minutes for a starter and there were only 14 other diners. Next night I had to send a main course back because it was inedible (very tough lamb!) |
