ホテルの受付が気持ち良く､此方から質問する前に市内観光地図等の要否や問題の有無等をコメントして呉れた- 所が感心した。又､部屋も清潔で､大いにくつろぐ事が出来た。 市中心部へのアクセスが若干､分かり難かった。 |

ハーグにしては近代的なホテル。繁華街から徒歩15から20分に位置し、とても閑静。Den Haagセントラル駅には、住宅街を抜け徒歩約｣10分。その住宅街の中に、家庭的なスーパーが１軒あり、- 酒類、食料品、日用品など一通りのものが揃う品揃え。また、徒歩数分のところに、新型トラムの駅もあり。 |

ホテルスタッフは、フロントクラークの3人しか会っていないが、チェックインを担当した人は、朝食が含まれ- ていない料金なのに含まれていると言ったり、チェックアウトを担当した2人からは、予約時のルーム料金より- 40ユーロ高く請求されました。1人は、指導員的ポジションに有ると思われたが。支払い後に気が付いたので- 私としては、ガッカリしました。フロントクラークの教育不足が起こした結果でしょうか。それとも、予約シス- テムの不備でしょうか? 正しい請求が出来ないホテルです。 |

洗練された雰囲気のとても居心地のよいホテルだった。ベットの寝心地もよかった。 Den Haag Centraalからのホテルへの徒歩での行き方の案内が少々分かりにくかった。ホテルのすぐ横にトラムの- 駅があり、Den Haag Centraalまで一駅だったので、トラムの案内もできれば欲しかった。 |

The hotel is modern,well and comfortably furnished, breakfast -excellent choice and quality. I will gladly stay again in the hotel. The one thing I did not like is the glass partition between bedroom and bathroom . It is nice when the room is for single use , but not very comfortable if occupied by 2 people. |

Stylish room and friendly staff. The library was great and unexpected. Very good breakfast. I thought paying for internet in the age of WiFi was a bit mean and the price of food and wine was a bit over the odds. |

I would have preferred to have magazines in English. The two magazines that were in the room were both in Dutch I guess. |

Near city hotel,very clean,ultra modern rooms,all the facilities businessmen and travellers needs,super rich breakfast and a professional lovely helping staff.worth every peny, in superb rates in the weekends including free parking! |

I liked the service when we checked in,,a charming young man...I loved the puristic design in the hotel....loved the Agua de la Tierra!! The lady who checked us out was somewhat pokerfaced....maybe she hadn't slept well!! |

The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was there. Beds were fine. Late check out on the Sunday is perfect. Very close to tram and Central Train Station. |

The buffet breakfast / breakfast room was amazing. The choice and quality of food was excellent and the surroundings very pleasant with lovely decor throughout and even a 'reading corner' & books for those who want to spend some time reading before going out. Very attentive staff as well. Althought the bathroom was very nice and equipped with high standard fittings, etc..... the frosted glass throughout and the lack of a door between it and the bedroom might not suit everyone, at least those who would like some privacy in the bathroom..... |

The Spanish translation of the room service menu card. As a Spanish speaking and being NH a Spanish chain should put more attention to this. Some of the items translated where absolutely unreadable. |

Location (near the tram stop, within 2 stops from city center), personnel, room, breakfast. There was special week-end option - late check out on Sunday till 5 pm. Too many people on breakfast - there were not enough place to sit for all of them. |
