NH Den Haag

洗練された雰囲気のとても居心地のよいホテルだった。ベットの寝心地もよかった。

Den Haag Centraalからのホテルへの徒歩での行き方の案内が少々分かりにくかった。ホテルのすぐ横にトラムの駅があり、Den　Haag　Centraalまで一駅だったので、トラムの案内もできれば欲しかった。

場所がわかりづらい。とにかく地図が使えないので、「歩き方」の地図でフォローできてないエリアのホテルは、見つかったらラッキー。

ちゃんと到着できれば良いホテル

部屋の造りも洒落ていて、清掃も良く行き届いている。朝食の際には子供用プレートやプレゼントなど心遣いがとても嬉しい。料金も安く非常にお値打ちで、次回も是非利用したいと思わせてくれるホテル。

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The location of the hotel was one tram stop away from Centraal station which was also very convenient for travelling around the city.

Location is only good for business travelers. It's easy and quick to get to Central Station but the location is not ideal for sightseeing.

I had to change my electronic key every day - it was annoying.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. It was peaceful. The design of the bedrooms was modern and interesting.

Although the staff were helpful, they didn't go to any extra lengths to provide anything further than the bare necessities in terms of information. The beds were of very poor quality and I had to sleep on top of one of the quilts because the springs were protruding and hurting my back.
