Close to the centre, comfortable, well-maintained and clean rooms with excellent beds. Facilities like a minibar are missing, the cost of breakfast is fairly high and I see no reason why this could not be included in the room price. |

The location of the hotel (near the city centre) combined with teh price is good value for the money. |

The location and the reception staff. The frequency that they changed the bed linen, the windows are old, breakfast should be included with such prices since they have small rooms and not something special as a hotel, they complaint with an official letter to my brother for smoking and closing the fire alarm- it was at least offending and we had to complaint really severely |

Very friendly and professional staff, lovely bar/lounge with chess-table and interesting library. Good breakfast-buffet. Quiet room and on request (done during booking) we got a room on the top floor with a lovely view. It's a bit of a shame double beds come in two singles placed next to eachother. (it wasn't a major thing and didn't spoil the visit) |

I called reception to ask for an iron and ironing board, and was told that I would have to come down to reception to get it. Free wireless in the room was advertised on the booking.com description of the hotel, but it was not free. |

Fine, nothing special or spectacular. If you want a standard 3* on the outskirts of the centre of town, where all that's important is a bathroom, bed, tv and internet connection, then this would be fine. Internet connection in my room was a little weak and slow |

The room was nice and clean. The breakfeast was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. The parking is too small (6 cars max) in comparison with the price. |

Clean, smart appearance, helpful receptionist. Difficult to find - even at the door it took a few moments before we spotted the word 'Hampshire'. |

Nicely refitted office building very close to downtown. Room basic but okay if you plan just to sleep in it. A bit of fresh paint in the hallways would have been nice. The basement car park is tiny, so it may take some maneuvering to get in and out. |

The only thing to recommend this establishment is its proximity to the town centre Facilities are minimal, rooms are miniscule |

really nice staff, excellent position within the city, close to station and city, nice view over the city i booked a double room, it turned out to be two beds (twin bed, no kingsize bed). expensive breakfast (15 euros) - you better go to a small and nice café in the city. the room next door was connected to ours with a door, didnt feel to good. |

was close to the city center, while it was quite. no heavy traffic or pub's that would keep you up all night was very basic. however it was clean and they had good bed, I recon it would be between 2 or 3 stars |

Staf were helpful and friendly. The hotel was a short walk from the city centre. The room was rather small and looked like it was due for a refit. Worn bedside tables, worn desk. In my opinion not good enough for 123 euros a night. |

Room not clean, noisy (single layer glass windows), had to wait a long time to check in. Definitely not suited for business trips/people who stay in hotels often. |

THE room was larger than average for a dutch hotel the staff very friendly and courteous the hotel was very clean and ideally placed close to the city centre ,yet not noisy at all and the added bonus for me was the secure parking as I was on a motorcycle only a small point ,,,,,,no coffee-tea making facilities in the rooms |
