Ystävällinen palvelu: 1) pyysin vettä aamiaispöytään ja sen jälkeen sitä oli joka aamu; 2) vastaanottovirkailija tuli kysymään puuttuvasta katuosoitteesta postikortissa: asia oli ok, mutta huolenpito oli miellyttävää. 3) saimme aamiaiseväät junamatkalle, koska lähdimme ennen aamiaista.

Huoneen ikkunat olivat likaiset ja kokolattiamatto on mielestäni epämiellyttävä; toisaalta ne ovat käytössä Euroopassa.

Hotelli oli sopivasti lähellä kaupungin keskustaa, mutta kuitenkin rauhallisella paikaalla, lyhyt matka kaupungille. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta.

Close to the centre, comfortable, well-maintained and clean rooms with excellent beds.

Facilities like a minibar are missing, the cost of breakfast is fairly high and I see no reason why this could not be included in the room price.

The location and the reception staff.

The frequency that they changed the bed linen, the windows are old, breakfast should be included with such prices since they have small rooms and not something special as a hotel, they complaint with an official letter to my brother for smoking and closing the fire alarm- it was at least offending and we had to complaint really severely

I called reception to ask for an iron and ironing board, and was told that I would have to come down to reception to get it. Free wireless in the room was advertised on the booking.com description of the hotel, but it was not free.

Fine, nothing special or spectacular. If you want a standard 3* on the outskirts of the centre of town, where all that's important is a bathroom, bed, tv and internet connection, then this would be fine.

Internet connection in my room was a little weak and slow

Clean, smart appearance, helpful receptionist.

Difficult to find - even at the door it took a few moments before we spotted the word 'Hampshire'.

The only thing to recommend this establishment is its proximity to the town centre

i booked a double room, it turned out to be two beds (twin bed, no kingsize bed). expensive breakfast (15 euros) - you better go to a small and nice café in the city. the room next door was connected to ours with a door, didnt feel to good.

Staf were helpful and friendly. The hotel was a short walk from the city centre.

The room was rather small and looked like it was due for a refit. Worn bedside tables, worn desk. In my opinion not good enough for 123 euros a night.

The room was very clean and I liked the use of the coffee machine.The sitting area was useful and the view was excellent.

We only stayed a very short time.

THE room was larger than average for a dutch hotel the staff very friendly and courteous the hotel was very clean and ideally placed close to the city centre ,yet not noisy at all and the added bonus for me was the secure parking as I was on a motorcycle
