good location, nice restaurant, modern and spacious the carpet on the floor is some kind of grass rope, very rough and uncomfortable and it smells like a rabbit's cage. they really should replace it. |

Was newly renovated, very attractive rooms and breakfast room, great bathroom, breakfast was very good and breakfast staff was extremely eager to be of service. The sisal carpet in the room was very uncomfortable to walk on....rugs to cover it are desperately needed. It was so painful that we cannot eagerly recommend this hotel due to this discomfort. |

The hotel was easy to find, and conveniently located for our purposes - Market Trips to Aachen and Valkenburg. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding information. The rooms were classy and clean. The Breakfast Buffet was fantastic, offering a wide selection. |

Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam ontvangen. Goede kamer, goede parkeergelegenheid. Centraal gelegen tussen een aanal grotere steden. Goed ontbijt. Enige minpunt is de toilet in de badkamer en niet in een aparte kamer. |

Het ontvangst in het hotel was heel erg hartelijk. Het hotel was van alle comfort voorzien. Hebben heel erg lekker gegeten en gedronken en de service in het restaurant C.Q. bar was uitstekend. Het was koud in de kamer, het raam stond nog op een kier toen wij aankwamen (regenachtige dag in november) . Het duurde even voor dat het wat warmer werd in de kamer. Maar een bezoek aan de bar heeft goed geholpen. |

Netheid, prachtig interieur, gezellig , vriendelijke bediening, hulpvaardig. Op korte afstand van grote steden, prachtige moutainbike en wandelroutes. Heel lekkere keuken. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke baan en je hoort wel heel goed de auto's rijden. Ik had gehoopt dat het hotel op een rustige lokatie gelegen was. Het onderste laken, onder het kussen vertoonden bloedvlekken. |

Wij hebben geweldig genoten. Het is een prachtig hotel, uiterst smaakvol ingericht en met een voortreffelijke keuken. In tijden niet zo goed en in zo'n ontspannen sfeer verbleven en vooral gegeten. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader. |

Lage zwischen Aachen und Maastricht, gemütliche Einrichtung, gutes Frühstücksbüffet, freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, kostenlose Parkplätze...... Matratzen waren sehr weich, per Internet wurde von uns das luxuriöse Doppelzimmer gebucht - das tatsächlich zugewiesene Zimmer war leider nur das Standard-Doppelzimmer |

erg prettige, persoonlijke bediening, heel goede keuken, uitstekende kamer en bedden, heel goede badkamer. Ik had verzocht om badkamer met douches (3 kamers) en persé niet met een douche boven het bad. Dit is ook zo geleverd, perfecte douches ! Als ik dan al een negatieve opmerking moet maken zou dat misschien de matting vloerbedekking kunnen zijn, kan a onhygienisch zijn (blote voeten) en b bij binnenkomst van de kamer rook ik de matting (rietlucht). |

Totale sfeer in het hotel, de aankleding, het personeel, prima kamer, goede bedden, de lounge, de fijne wellness ruimte, goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet en het bijbehorende restaurant was top. Het personeel was vriendelijk en op haar taak berekend. Voor ons was het een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandel en fiets tochten in de omgeving. Kleinigheidjes: Bankjes in de lounge zijn nogal slap (te comfotabel). Het stuk weg langs de parkeerplaats van en naar Gulpen is 's avonds inderdaad erg donker, er staat geen verlichting. Dit is welliswaar openbare weg (?), maar toch....... |
