excellent location in the old city; far different from summer, by the way. nice room with a vieuw on the plaza. the restaurant/reception too crowded; why not using the cellar with its ancient reminiscences? |

we were put in an extremely noisy room (airco), but immediately relocated to a suit after our complain some rooms are very noisy, the museum cellar is impressive but feels like have breakfast in a bunker. the breakfast is very expensive for what it is. |

I found particularly special to have breakfast on sunday among the roman ruins present in the cellar It is somewhat inconvenient that there is no special place to keep bicycles, specially since the square where it is located is quite busy at nights. However, I don't know if it is so important to the average client for this hotel in particular. |

The staff has always been very friendly, even let me change my room to one of the larger appartments. Not so much against the hotel, but the surrounding area is very noisey at night, and in the morning those church bells are brutal. Though they do leave earplugs in the rooms. |

The location Small lobby,reception desk is basically within the bar area - only one person and computer on reception which meant a long queue at check out, for such an expensive hotel you'd think that they could afford a second computer. The room smelled of damp. There was no sound proofing inside or out so we could hear every noise in the street and in the corridor including lots of banging doors. |

If discounted right, a real good choice on one of the best locations down town. Free earplugs in bathroom. A bit noisy and therefor needed to use the offered earplugs.... |

De ligging van het hotel. We hebben voor dit hotel met deze hoger dan gemiddelde prijs, gekozen vanwege de designkamer. Helaas hadden we geen designkamer. Alle faciliteiten voldeden maar niet in een design-setting. |
