Location is excellent

So much noise, so much, windows are not filter noise!

The location is excellent as is the service.

The bed: we prefer to sleep in the same bed instead of 2 separate beds shoved next to each other. It was my expectation we would get a king or even queen size bed in which we actually would sleep together, but this really felt like a very small bed per person. And it was not possible to have this changed

Hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to Maastricht, it is centrally located to everything. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Personnel extremely helpful.

- Given the reputation of the hotel I was expecting that the rooms, in particular the bathroom, would be more luxurious - The reception is not easy to find (need to go through restaurant first, not obvious). No big issue of course, but consider to make it more clear

Location is very good.

Room was very small, and built in the roof so I hit my head a couple of times on the lower parts. No business facility.

Like the touch of the welcome note and the free champagne in the room.

They did not clean my room the second night since we had put the don't disturb signe on the door until 15 o'clock. After that we put the "clean my room" sign on, however they did not clean it.

We received a room in the guesthouse of the hotel which we were not aware of during the booking of the room at the hotel. The room had potential but was in a rundown state and the beds were horrible. If you can stay in the main building with the better rooms it is a great hotel but in the rooms in the guesthouse are rundown and not up to date and have very bad beds then look around for another hotel.

Staff are friendly and location is good. Room was clean. Museum at the basement is an attractive point.

The Derlon is a very boutique type of hotel. Great location downtown of Maastricht and the room was excellent. Eye for detail -we really liked the branded duck for the bath- and very likeable staff.

Location, location, location! Also, nice large well appointed rooms. The amenities kit was a lovely surprise!

The locatiion is perfect, carpark and all the action just rourd the corner! And the staff was very nice all the time.Also the dinner arrangement for this event was very good.We were even called in advance if we wanted to book.

I thought, checking in and out could be more convenient, it was a bit of a struggle as there was not enough room. And I was a bit disappointed that in a suite of this price the coffeecups were missing and the coffeemachine had used cups in it.But in all the room was very good.
