The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. Parking is for free. Free wifi, instruction for login is in the binder in the room. Elevator didn't work when we arrived (it was already fixed by the next day). The fitness center is not in the hotel. No major problem with the stay.

Quite a good number, enough space, good set of facilities, easy to find, free parking It is very inconvenient that you should again & again reconnect to the Wi-Fi connection. Is it so hard to set up connection in the way the PCs & smartphones could keep them connected all the time needed?

Quiet environment and comfortable room. Staff ready to help. Bad location, train rails were under construction so I took a bus and a train to get to Amsterdam Central. The reservation I did with booking.com did not show up in the Best Western list of reservations.

Quite and comfortable hotel. 1 hour to Amsterdam city center with car till p+r parking and tram to the center. (8 euros tram a/r for 2 + parking). Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice village around. No smoking room smelled of smoke and were quite dusty. But linen and bathrooms were very clean.

Great food at great prices, friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood in a small village we never heard of before, superb internet (even on terrace), easy public transport into Schiphol & Amsterdam (just make sure to get an ov card at the airport as the machine at the local train station only takes coins) Altogether an absolute pleasure after a week from hell at the Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel (run by Bastion Group) and more than worthwhile the few extra miles...we'll be back.

The hotel's rooms are cozy, its bed is large and confortably and the bathroom is quite well equipped. Regarding the enplacement, the city itself is not that attractive to visit but the hotel is just a few minutes far from Keukenhof Parc by car. The room had no refrigerator and the windows did not seem to have acoustic insulation. In general, these factors were not very disturbing and the stay was very pleasant.

We stayed here because we wanted to assist to Keukenhofs Parade in high season and this was the closest hotel to Lisse. It was OK for a 3 stars without any extras. There was a strong odour in our room coming from the furniture. Very disgusting.

Good parking facilities. Very helpful staff. Easy access by car to the Keukenhof gardens and bulb fields. Do not be afraid to use the train service to Amsterdam. The train station is minutes away from the hotel and even though you have to change at schipol the signs and information are excellent.

Very close to Keukenhof and Amsterdam. English speaking staff, menus at hotel restaurants are in english, and there are english channels on tv. Wifi is free and fast! No tub for children. You will wait a very long time to be waited on at the restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast is 12 euros pp and it's not worth it all!

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kurze Wege im Hotel. Große Zimmer. Miserable Internetverbindung, die immer wieder abbricht. Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, bzw. Kleinere Ausbesserungsarbeiten, wie in Zimmer 123 die Tapeten. Badezimmer kleinere Reparaturen.
