位置算不错，本来阿姆斯特丹就不大！ location is good although the city of Amsterdam is not so big.

1. 欧洲跑了这么些地方，第一次碰到酒店（号称2星）wifi要收费。 2. 没电梯，楼梯窄。住一楼还可以，如果你住二楼、三楼那就得好好斟酌了，我们的房间在4楼（顶楼），俩拉杆箱- ，累不说，一不小心怕被箱子拉着滚楼底下去。 3. 浴室的推拉门是坏的，摇摇晃晃就挂在那儿，危险；旁边用浴帘代替，你干脆把门儿取走就剩浴帘还好些！ 4. 浴室就在洗手间里，里面灯的开关坏了两次：第一次是check in的时候开灯，然后关了之后再也开不了；下楼告诉老板，晚上9点回来之后进洗手间开灯，点亮了，可是关了- 灯之后又再也点不着了。下楼告诉老板，他上4楼修，基本上把开关拆成零件了，完了告诉我：修不好，得等明天- 电工来修，你们就用廊灯凑活吧。然后就弄点儿卷纸把墙上露出的乱七八糟的电线一包，一声“对不起”都没说就- 走了，什么补偿措施都没有。 活这么大，最差的一次酒店经历！！！

Location is great. Very close to all attractions. Hotel staff is so nice.

Excellent location

There is a curfew of 3:00am or 4:00am every night except Saturday. Not good if you fancy a late night out! Hotel doors don't open again until 7:00am if you don't get back in time.

there is no lift small TV in the room the last day in the hotel,the staff is not friendly,cause my baby cry (my baby boy have fever, and i already give him medicine) it can be lost if we go up and down cause the way to go up and down intricate

The reception/breakfast staff were excellent: very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We were at the back of the hotel so our room was quiet.

Our room at the back of the hotel overlooked a small courtyard so there was no view but this may be commonplace for old Amsteram buildings.

This is not a cheap hotel and I would have expected a much higher standard for the price paid. Breakfast was basic - they didn't even have a toaster - and it is served in a dungeon under the hotel with no windows! The lounge, if you can call it that became a private room for the owner in the evening. There was a kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee with. For the price, there must be better hotels in Amsterdam

A lovely quaint, very centrally located hotel. Reception staff were exceedingly helpful. A nice simple breakfast each morning. Rooms were clean. Good value for money. Although there was no Wifi, staff were able to advise nearby locations with the facility.

Lack of Wifi. Carrying our bags up the narrow stairs wasn't easy, but we knew this when we booked, be prepared to do this. The old building is clearly not sound insulated and one can hear people coming and going in the building through the night.

Ideally located although parking if on street (minimal) or car parks - both very expensive. Hotel is old style, room overlooking the canel was large and comfortable. Breakfast is basic. I would use the hotel again

Our room was spacious and overlooked the Amstel. Also liked the artistic decor in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely well located hotel, very clean and great friendly staff . Breakfast room very quaint and lovely continental breakfast . Highly recommend this hotel .

This hotel is in a perfect location.

So many stairs,narrow and steep.Cannot take bags to room.No air conditioning,no fridge and no ice bucket or ice.Breakfast was very ordinary with little on offer and quite expensive for what was there.Rooms very tired,shower has no pressure and cannot set temperature.Bathrooms small and out of date and towels like tissue paper.
