Hotellin henkilökunta oli mainio ja joustava. Hotellin yleiset tilat olivat sokkeloiset ja ahtaat, mutta muutoin ihan viihtyisät. Portaat toiseen kerroksee olivat kapeat ja jyrkät, ei kylläkään haitanut meitä "hyväjalkaisia" mitenkään.Hotellisuone sinällään oli tilava ja miellyttävästi kalustettu. Sänky /patja oli ensiluokkainen. Ikkunasta näköalat vilkkaalle kadulle ja sen yli kanavalle. Ei voi sanoa, että mikään olisi häirinnyt! Ehkä kadun liikenteen meteli hiukan. |

Erinomainen, keskeinen sijainti. Mukava henkilökunta, aamupala kohtalainen ja riittävä, ei kuitenkaan verrattavissa suomalaisten hotellien buffet-aamiaisiin. Äänieristys huono. Ei hissiä, jyrkät, kapeat portaat (talo rakennettu 1600-luvulla), joten ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. |

the only good thing is location, close to dam square price doesnt match the offer, no aircon (must be very stuffy in a hot weather), no fridge, room is very very modest. i guess the hotel has wooden floors so you can hear very well when somebody is walking in his room over you head. plus if you have windows loooking out into the inner side - there is a noise for 24 hours from the restaurant air vent. plus you have to climb the high stairs (what was a trifle for me though). what is strange that the woman who worked there didnt know about the existence of Amsterdam Zuid railway station, so we were just lucky to catch our train. |

The hotel is in a very good location.Staaf allowed us to keep our luggage until the room was ready (14:00) and was very polite.Breakfast was plain,clean and fresh.Room was cleaned and rearanged every day and there were no problems at all. The hotel is located above ground level so we had to carry our own suitcases.Also,there is no lift to upper flours and the stairs are very narrow-again,the suitcases.TV awfully small.Though we knew that there was no aircondition this hotel it was a mistake for this time of the season. |

The hotel is lovely and very close to the Leidseplein. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have the loveliest hotel dog. We got the attic room (4th floor, no elevator), which may be a bit smaller than the other rooms but we loved it. There were no problems with the room itself. All in all it's very good value for money, especially for the lower floors. Only having to climb 4 floors every time we left the room |

Staff was great! We really appreciated the friendliness. Made us feel right at home! I would stay there again. great location - right across the street from the Muntplein tram stop. 5 tram ride minute from Centraal Train Station. |

The hotel was in an ideal location - far enough away from the 'touristy' Dam area to be free from noise and tackiness, but close enough to the heart of things to make the city and its 'must-sees' easy to visit. |

the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. 3 a.m curfew seemed unreasonable in a city like Amsterdam, felt like I was at my parents house, also having to ask for room key every time I returned to hotel, electronic key system needed. |

Good location. The reception staff were knowledgeable very helpful. We had a great stay. We were on the top floor. There is no lift and there are many stairs, the last flight was very steep. No problem for us as we have stayed there before, but something to bear in mind. I can't remember if this was mentioned on the website. |

L'hotel est bien situé, la chambre était grande, le personnel est sympathique et en plus il parle français. (Super lit parapluie mis à notre disposition gratuitement pour pour notre bébé) La salle de bain était un peu petite |
