la situation ideal for me and my guests all was fine,should mention however that there is no elevator,one draw back is that my guest was not happy about the 4%surcharge if he paid with his credit card. |

Friendly staff Really disappointed. Room nothing like the picture on the website. Very basic and if you are a non-smoker, avoid this hotel. |

The staff is very friendly and the location is great. Location also makes it noisy facing the main street. Very high price, but understandable for the IBC conference in town. Hotel lask ammenties such as room phone, alarm clock and iron. |

The location is excellent, it is possible to walk everywhere, the staff was very gentle and helpful, the breakfast was simple, but ok and the room was confortable and clean. I loved the hotel´s decoration which is very unique. For a city with such a nigth life, the breakfast should end by 11 am, not 10 am. This is too early. Some small things needed to be repaired in the bathroom, but it really didn´t bother us much. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. But the hotel´s overall is really good. |

The staff was very helpfull, the location excellent, however size of the room was kinda small. Overall it was value for money in comparison with other hotels in Amsterdam however this hotel is marked to be two stars hotel - we were satisfied. |

The hotel was in perfect location in Amsterdam. People were very nice and helpful with all our questions and needs. The stairway for people travelling with luggage but that was a minor issue |

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was plenty, and in a nice little room. It is a good hike from the train station, but the tram comes from the train station right to the door. When they saw we were older, we were placed on the 1st floor so we didn't have to drag our suitcases up the stairs. |

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Two beautiful resident dogs which adds to the "at home" feel. Great location within easy walking distance to Rembrandtplein and Dam Square. Right on a tram line. Free wireless internet. Not a dislike, but users should be aware that this hotel is two converted canal houses, so there is no elevator, lots of stairs, and the rooms have limited head room in some areas. |

Prime central location, comfy beds, nice friendly staff There was no kettle in the room!! or fridge, it was a very basic room... Would have preferred a hot buffet breakfast. |
