In the most convenient place in town easy to walk from the shops, pubs and the railway station. In our case the best place to stay after the New Year’s party to sleep until the next evening. We didn’t receive the Eden city guide. |

In my booking request I ordered specific type of flowers (charged to my room) and a late checkout. On entering the room, a beautiful bouquet of the right flowers were there and checkout was 6pm the next day! - no fuss, excellent service. The room was cold on arrival, but the room thermostat quickly warmed up the room. |

Very pleasant and relaxing after a long drive from England. Room's quirky design was v nice and the shower was great. The street is great for places to eat and the locatio is ideal. It is pricey, even taking into account the quality. |

The location We booked a suite and we expected a suite, but we got is definntely not what I would define as a suite, maybe a little bit elongated roomI would not recommend it cuase it is high priced for what it offers |

Breakfast was good. Beds are good. Hard flooring is nice. Multinational TV channels Receptionist was not impolite, just not forthcoming with information. One example - explaining where carpark was. After 30 mins looking for carpark we asked again, only then to find out that it not the hotel's own carpark, but underneath the cinema. Online information on carpark - says nothing about not being directly attached to hotel. |

Good location, close to centre and restaurants, huge comfortable bed Things are starting to look shabby, a lot of touching up needs doing and replacement of carpets etc - this really ruined the 'design' element of the hotel with so many parts of the hotel needing attention |

Nice room, well-furnished, very quiet, excellent beds. After seeing hotel construction works (July'09) from the room window that were bound to wake us early, we requested to be relocated. We got an exemplary quiet room instead. |

the location is fabulous the first room we were put in was appalling (395).we were relocated (280) which was good but were disappointed there was no food/restaurant. as regulars to maastricht we have had some far better experiences at other hotels. air condition is needed, as is much more thorough cleaning of the rooms. i would only reccommend this hotel with certain reservations |

The reception staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds in our room were quite uncomfortable in that the mattresses were too soft. I think they were not very good quality or too old and lacked any support. |
