La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria

Alla reception ho chiesto una informazione e sono stato cortesemente invitato a a rivolgermi altrove, la pulizia della camera è pessima, sui cuscini del letto hanno la simpatica abitudine di posizionarne delgi altri a forma di fiore (quelli rossi che è possibile vedere nelle foto dell' hotel) sporchi e pieni di capelli appartenuti ai precedenti ospiti, la facciata dell' hotel è in ristrutturazione e dalla mattina (intorno alla 07.00) fino alla sera il rumore e e lo sporco sono sempre presenti, la camera nonostante la temperatura esterna fosse relativamente bassa era sempre caldissima e la finestra non poteva essere aperta a causa della polvere che invadeva la camera, il design generale dell' hotel non corrisponde a quello mostrato in foto, la mia camera era una decente camera a tre stelle e di design neanche l' ombra.

Very pleasant and relaxing after a long drive from England. Room's quirky design was v nice and the shower was great. The street is great for places to eat and the locatio is ideal.

It is pricey, even taking into account the quality.

We booked a suite and we expected a suite, but we got is definntely not what I would define as a suite, maybe a little bit elongated roomI would not recommend it cuase it is high priced for what it offers

safe box not worked complained 4 times still not put right.no tea/coffee making facilities in room. 1st night freezing no heating in room or corridors

Entrance and lobby need more cleaning.The first impression is for me very important!! We had the Hot Deal room and I missed the bath.

Good location, close to centre and restaurants, huge comfortable bed

Things are starting to look shabby, a lot of touching up needs doing and replacement of carpets etc - this really ruined the 'design' element of the hotel with so many parts of the hotel needing attention

Nice room, well-furnished, very quiet, excellent beds.

After seeing hotel construction works (July'09) from the room window that were bound to wake us early, we requested to be relocated. We got an exemplary quiet room instead.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room bright and clean. Location great.

Only one computer available for internet, permanently in use! Cafe at side not adequately staffed to cope with breakfast rush.

Design hotel indeed, very well located close to a bit of everything in Maastricht. However when it comes to design,form should follow function...

Very well-maintained and stylish.

Street noise due to construction woke me early. And some staff a bit stuck-up.

The reception staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable.

The beds in our room were quite uncomfortable in that the mattresses were too soft. I think they were not very good quality or too old and lacked any support.
