Impressive and beautiful interior. Friendly staff. Great restaurant. Breakfast is expensive indeed but of good quality and, I am inclined to say, value for money. A hotel of this class should take more attention to maintenance. (things like: light bulbs broken, hand held shower mount not properly fixed etc.) In this price class one would not expect these (little) flaws. |

location and surrouning area was very nice I Thought the hotel did not offer value for money, the breakfast was a joke at 32 euro and the room was very dark.Also the design of the sink taps was poor,that may be picky but it really got on my nerves. I would not recomend this hotel as it gives the impression of being very stand off ish |

Magnificient room, excellent service, staff very good and helpful. Great hotel. 1.) Heated pool too cold; 2) internet wire cable too short so could not use on bed; 3) they have Belguim biscuits with no indication that they are to be paid for as part of the mini bar as they are next to the coffie machine and not in the minibar. It is very deceptive and cost me about 60 Euros. My expectation was not unreasonable as many hotels give you fruit baskets, wine, etc. I thought theirs was biscuits; Housekeeping was inconsistent in resupplying bath supplies, like bath salts. |

Personnel very helpful and friendly. Five star service. The newly decorated rooms are very chic but also dark (we had an inside room facing over an internal patio on the 2nd floor so very little natural light in the room) and lighting in the room did not compensate for lack of natural light. |

What a beautiful hotel. Steeped in history with an excellent staff, it is one of our favorite places in The Hague. Internet price was too high, not in line with travelers' expectations for first-class hotels of the 21st century. |

Location, luxury, and service. Our check-in consultant was wonderful--offered us a better room for our needs at a quite reasonable price. She then went on to help us make the most of our stay. We felt very bad we could not stay longer! Our bathroom, while luxurious in fittings, was actually an impractical design. The designer sinks meant that counter space was terribly compromised; the toilet "throne" meant that sharing the bathroom was a bit awkward. However, we enjoyed the beauty of it all! Gorgeous room with simply divine turn-down service. |

La discrétion du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la situation au coeur de la ville, le confort, l'ambiance "cosy" du salon Ma réservation n'avait pas été enregistrée par l'hotel ce qui aurait pu être un inconvénient l'hotel étant quasi complet mais qui finalement m'a valu un sur-classement. Pas de télévision à écran plat, un choix de chaines très réduit, le prix du petit-déjeuner (35 € !!) et du parking (35€ par jour) |

luxe sfeer, romantiek, te weinig verlichting in de badkamer en boven burootje op de kamer . menukaart in de tea room was moeilijk te lezen v.w. te weinig licht/ of het licht was te zeer gedimd. over het algemeen te weinig licht in restaurant /tea-room |

Bij het lezen van de reviews van eerdere bookingen, is gebleken dat er bij een paar gasten de booking niet was doorgekomen bij het hotel. Ook bij ons bleek dit zo te zijn. Gelukkig waren er nog kamers vrij zodat wij alsnog konden genieten van dit uitstekende hotel. Verder was het een plus geweest als er een wat groter bed had gestaan. Met mijn 1.96m hingen mijn voeten ruimschoots buitenboord. |

Locatie is perfect, leuke winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving.Ook de service van de portiers is uitstekend te noemen.Wij logeren 2 a 3 maal per jaar in Des Indes en de portiers kennen ons bij naam, hetgeen een extra dementie geeft aan het verblijf. Bij het inchecken was weer onduidelijkheid over de "starpoints" Bij het vertrek was er onduidelijkheid over de betaling. Des Indes rekende de verblijfs kosten terwijl dit volgens Booking.com al direct van mijn rekening geschreven zou zijn bij de reservering. |

Vanwege het feit dat de boeking niet goed was gegeaan kregen we een upgrade van de kamer. De boeking van Bookings.com was niet doorgekomen en het ontbijt werd ten onrechte in rekening gebracht (€ 65). Creditering heeft nog niet plaatsgevonden. |
