This was my fourth visit to the hotel and would stay there again, great location, really friendly and very attentive staff. Relaxed, Informal and cosy. |

the staff was very pleasant The street noise level was so high up until about 4:00 am that the hotel felt compelled to supply ear plugs with the room. Very disappointed and very tired upon leaving. |

very nice centrally located hotel-- modern amenities and free wireless (which it should considering the prices of the rooms) access. The hotel did NOT provide any information about breakfast service (when where) so had to guess. The showers in the bathrooms are not safe; they are a combination bathtub and shower and are vaulted VERY HIGH off the floor. I can imagine how the elderly would traverse such a barrier and get out without hurting themselves. Also, no bath mat was provided making the tubs VERY HAZARDOUS. I |

Well situated, friendly staff the bed was much too small (140 cm) for two persons and it was very hard. We did not like the cover on the bed which was lined with plastic! |

Very helpful and friendly staff, with excellent spoken English. Quiet yet central location. Free bike hire and as many Chuppa Chups lollies as you can eat. |

Sijainti oli hyvä. Ruoka/aamiaissali näytti viihtyisältä, joskaan emme ruokailleet siellä. Huone pieni. Rakennustyömaa vieressä, huonot ikkunat(äänieristys). Iltayöstä koko hotellissa alkoivat palohälyttimet soida. Jäi erittäin epämiellyttävä tunne, kun vihdoin saimme receptiosta vastauksen ja kerrottiin kyseessä olleen testaus.Yöllä? Uskomatonta! |
