English speaking and very helpful staff; good variety of eating places, and the bowling alley added to the atmosphere in the evening.It was a good place to chill out after a city experience. Good food. Description of "within walking distance to the station" - we found not a clearly defined route and with luggage is strenuous. We would have appreciated and expected (4 star) coffee/tea making in the room whch other travellers have commented on as being needed. Raises questions about how responsive are you to addressing this? |

The room was very large and comfortable, same was the bed, we had good sleep during the night. Easy access to Amsterdam by walking 20 min. to the train station and then take the train for a 15 min. trip to Amsterdam Centraal station. |

The hotel is very accesible by car and it is located 100 m away from the highway. It is a very quiet place, outside the city. The parking is free and there are a lot of parking places at the hotel. In less than 20 minutes you can go to Amsterdam by car. The room was quiet, very clean and confortable. |

It was possible to rent a bike in the hotel for about 9 euro per day. It was far from the hotel to the city centre on foot, but there is a public transport bus stop near the hotel or you can go by bike. It is also a little bit difficult to find the hotel if you go there by car. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. The desk staff was very friendly helpful. The bowling center staff was wonderful. |

Great deal, rooms are clean, breakfast is excellend but a bit expensive. overall a very good stay. staff is great. a bit noisy on saturdays ans sundays, but acceptable. |

Large parking, very nice hotel design and spacious room. Staff is helpful. The train station is not very close (15 minutes on foot). Price of buffet breakfast (12,50 Euro/person) is quite high compared to the room price |

Goede bedden, goedkoop en toch goed hotel met gemakkelijke verbindingen naar Amsterdam en Haarlem met de trein. Gratis parking voor de deur zeer handig! |

de verschillende keuzes van restaurants heb ik als zeer positief ervaren, verder was het personeel aardig. ik vond de kamers matig het was bijvoorbeeld hadig geweest een waterkoker en koffie op de kamer. dat is ook mijn ervaring bij andere hotels dus dat miste ik hier een beetje |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Fijne, eenvoudige kamer. Heerlijke douche. kortom een prima hotel om de steden Haarlem en Amsterdam te verkennen. |
