The staff were very polite, the location was excellent, and the facilities seemed fine although we did not have the time to enjoy them. We were surprised that the bed was so small, although it was a double bed. Normally in a hotel of this type, the room would have a kingsize bed, particularly as I had booked the superior room. |

I liked the location of the hotel, (i.e. just a few hundred yards from the bus stop of the Sluis to Bruges bus route), and is on the main road. you can't miss it. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. Very nice. This is our third visit in two years to this hotel and if we didn't like it we would not keep coming back. |

Excellent location. Attractive buildings. Recently renovated. Some staff not particularly friendly; they didn't seem like a team who enjoyed working together. Information in room poor - e.g. couldn't work out how to use TV. Some renovation shoddy - e.g. paper peeling in room. No cloth to use when holding bread to cut it, with consequence that breakfast bread had been touched by many hands. |

Close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. Convenient for Sluis and Bruges. Close to ferryport in Zeebrugge. Room rather basic. Staff at check-in not very helpful. |

Kamer was oververhit, zelfs met de verwarming uit was het niet uit te houden, derhalve om middernacht de kamer verlaten om in een ander kamer te verblijven. Bedden zijn slecht, zakken erg door. |

Genieten van de rust en de omgeving. Hotelkamer op 2e verdieping koud. Verwarmingsinstallatie in het hotel werkte niet goed. Eerste verdieping te warm. Gevolg was :Nooduitgang 2e verdieping stond open. |

De ligging van het hotel met parking welke rechtstreeks toegang geeft tot de lift. Het hotel heeft zijn charme maar het onderhoud laat veel te wensen over. |

De ligging, balkon bij de kamer en de ruime kamer. De kamer was slecht schoongemaakt, de douchekop deed het erg slecht, na het douchen was de gehele badlkamer nat. |

Situation géographique appréciable. Chambre confortable, espace et calme. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais 15 euros c'est trop. Les poussières n'ont plus été faites depuis des semaines ! Une des serviettes de bain était usée jusqu'à la corde avec un trou énorme. Peut mieux faire. Dommage car à part ces inconvénients, l'hôtel serait parfait. |

De ligging was zeer centraal. Van een 4**** hotel verwacht ik een hogere standaard. Alles was zeer basic. Er ontbrak een en ander in de kamer (douchecapdoosje was leeg, geen douchegel, wel 4 x shampoo, bij onze vrienden geen Senseo pads, wel een Senseo toestel). Het ontbijt was lekker, de ontbijtzaal was vrij donker. We moesten op de betaalparking gaan staan, mochten niet vooraan aan het hotel (nochtans ook parking) blijven staan. |

Correct personeel aan balie, goede kamer, sfeervol complex. ontbijtzaal veel te donker en somber, ontbijt zelf was voor € 15,- ver beneden peil. |
